Acornflash visibly brightened at the prospect of fetching moss for the elders or queens. He was no good at hunting, anyway. It would've done no good to attempt to teach his new apprentice how to hunt and then fail miserably at it and embarrass both himself and Brightpaw for having to deal with that. "That's a great idea! We can definitely collect moss," purred the young warrior, glad that they were going to do something that didn't require too much concentration. His attention span was rather short, a trait that was probably not one of the best to have retained from his early apprenticeship. "Let's go do that," he meowed, with a glance towards the sky. I'll try not to waste too much time, he thought. Nearly stumbling over his own paws as he made his way towards the entrance of the clearing, never pausing in his pawsteps lest he trip once more, he glanced over his shoulder to make sure that Brightpaw was following before he pushed his way through the exit.

Brightpaw's eyes lit up, her ears pricking. "Cool!" She purred as she hurried after her mentor, smiling.

Povenshout bounced into the clearing with a smile, carrying a blackbird in his jaws, He wasn't the best at hunting so he was proud he had caught something finally. He placed the bird into the fresh kill pile happily. He felt refreshed after being in Skyclan territory, the tall trees looming over head as the sun warmed his pelt despite the cold leafbare. His crystal blue eyes scanned the clearing for anycat he knew, and he smiled more at the sight of his friend Kreastel. He paced over to the other tom,"Hey!"

Maplefrost bounced into the clearing, a smile on her face. Her blue eyes darted around the clearing, her tail twitching. She had just finished a good run through the territory, bouncing from tree to tree. She loved that feeling, the feeling of wind in her spotted fur. She was taking a break, deciding to see if she could spend time with any cat she knew. Her gaze spotted Lynxpelt,and she padded over to her with a smile, "Hi Lynxpelt!"

The white Tom had decided to rest in the middle of the clearing his head rested on the patch of snow. His blue orbs closed in a light slumber. It wasn't untill he heard the padding of his friends footfall that drew him awake.having spent enough time paying close attention to how he walked he was able to to know when he was near. And well with his loud nature it was also easy to tell as well. Bringing his head up he sleepily glanced in his direction. A weak smile tugged at the cornera of his mouth in greetings. He was honestly surprised that the Tom would take his time to talk to him. He had all sorts of friends to chat with and good off while he..... He wasn't really the friends type due to the lack of vocals. But hey he wasn't going to ruin the solely opportunity of being around someone else.

Lynxpelt looked up at the slightly younger warrior. "Hey Maplefrost!" He said as he stood up, shaking out his fur slightly. The brown tom stood slightly taller than most cats, and his fur made him seem quite large. He smiled back at her before just standing there awkwardly, not knowing what to say to the energetic she-cat

Maplefrost had to sightly look up to the other cat due to her very small size. She smiled at her realizing she felt awkward,finding it a bit cute. Her eyes scanned her face. "I was wondering if you'd like to explore with me a bit? I think it could be fun." she mewed. She never liked to be sitting around and doing nothing most of the time. She figured exploring with Lynxpelt would be fun

It made for him having difficulty holding long conversations with others, and, since he was already a quiet cat, it seemed like he barely ever talked. He shifted awkwardly, thinking that he must seem like a total fool

The spotted shecat ran her tail along his side comfortingly,"Losen up a bit silly, its just me!" she purred. She knew how Lynx was around other cats in general so she wanted him to feel more comfortable around her. Her eyes gazed over to the camp exit. It was leaf bare but she didn't care how cold it wa outside even if she caught a cold later. Her pelt wasn't as thick as Lynxpelts but she figured she'd manage. "Lets go then!"

Lynxpelt's face heated up at the contact and he glanced at his feet before nodding and starting to pad towards the camp entrance. He stopped just inside of the camp, glancing back at her and waiting. This she-cat... while he definitely cared about everybody, he felt something... special... with her
