There are many cats in the Clans that suffer from depression *cough cough I think half of that population are mine cough cough*. Little Scarletfire here is one of them. This is a plot revolving on her depression and how she may or may not get over it.
* The "may or may not" part is based on how well some of the characters are roleplayed. *

Here is how the story goes.

Scarletfire was caught with droplets, presumably called "tears", while crying behind a tree located on SkyClan territory. The cat who'd discovered her tearing up was [SkyClan Cat]. They didn't find this unusual, since Scarletfire was a SkyClan warrior, but was concerned for their wellbeing. However, this cat was not tender-hearted or caring; they were concerned for her because they wanted to make sure she was available for manipulation. Of course, since she was suffering from depression, it was a little bit hard for them to get close enough to her to be able to be trusted enough. After a while, though, [SkyClan Cat] became enough of a friend to Scarletfire to be able to manipulate her. They began making her hunt for them, comfort-ize their bedding, and making [SkyClan Cat's Crush] jealous.

At this point in the story, I would like to point out that [SkyClan Cat] must be male and their crush must be female. If it was otherwise, Scarletfire wouldn't be able to make the crush jealous. Now, on with the story.

After a while, [SkyClan Cat's Crush] really did get jealous. She started trying to push Scarletfire out of [SkyClan Cat]'s life. [SkyClan Cat] enjoyed every living moment of this, loving the fact that his crush was starting to have feelings for him and that they were basically abusing Scarletfire. However, after [SkyClan Cat's Crush] and [SkyClan Cat] started hanging out more and [SkyClan Cat's Crush]developed bigger and stronger feelings for [SkyClan Cat], [SkyClan Cat] started to feel empty inside. This was an unnatural feeling; he was always so full of himself and knew what he wanted.

Scarletfire was still suffering from depression, worse than before after being manipulated by one of her clanmates. She cried often, always hidden behind a tree. She didn't particularly choose the tree, but she avoided the one that [SkyClan Cat] had originally met her at. She started protecting her shattered heart, hiding it beneath a body of armor. She never let herself get close to anyone; figuratively or physically. Scarletfire stayed away from all peering eyes; crying behind trees and sleeping around SkyClan territory. The warrior never let herself be seen by patrols or any cat that reminded her of [SkyClan Cat] nor [SkyClan Cat's Crush]. Once, a [SkyClan Nice Clanmate] tried to befriend her. Scarletfire's thoughts were along the lines of: "What is this cat trying to do? Kill me? Have they not heard of how I cry myself to sleep and make sure no one gets close to my heart? How I protect it like it's my life, which it basically is?". Yeah. Not in a very friend-ily way. She'd lashed out at [SkyClan Nice Clanmate], leaving a scar on their left front paw. However, [SkyClan Nice Clanmate] was very persistent. No matter what she did, they persevered and continued trying. Scarletfire was very annoyed at this; she had to carefully choose where she cried so that she wouldn't be surprised by any of her Clanmates. Once, she sat a bit too close to the border.

*Okay, so I'm talking about the SkyClan | RiverClan border.*

A cat spotted her and wondered towards her. They were [RiverClan Cat]. Scarletfire recognized her from the few gatherings she had gone to. [RiverClan Cat] was kind enough and let Scarletfire go on her way, though she had ALMOST been crossing the border. Not quite, though.

Ah, so let's not forget about that empty piece in [SkyClan Cat]'s nonexistent heart.

The missing piece was Scarletfire, if you couldn't tell. Scarletfire had no interest in meeting [SkyClan Cat] ever again, though. After a while, [SkyClan Cat] gathered a group of around 3 cats including himself. He'd been desperate to get rid of the hole in his nonexistent heart, and he figured it was all from Scarletfire. He beat her up for causing it, cursing Scarletfire and saying horrible things about her; Scarletfire not letting them get to her. Later that day, she'd cried; there was now also a bigger hole in [SkyClan Cat]'s heart.

From this point on, there's no set scenes. We'll roleplay and see what the outcome is. In the end, though, Scarletfire has to end up with a mate ;-;.
