Amber let out a quick purr of amusement. "Well, let's eat. We were going to continue travelling right? If so we'll need our strength," she said.

Once they arrive wolf found that the two of them where not there. “Huh.”

Dawn looked down at the ground. “E-er..y-yea u-uh...” she scraped her paws across the ground. She then looked up and gasped “it’s changing already..? W-well me and sparrow found some old dens that we can stay in..I-“ She was cut off by Wolf.

”Ah! I think we should stay here one more night so we can get up early and have more sunlight tomorrow.” She mewed clearly proud of herself and ignoring Dawn’s quiet mew saying-”I was going to say that...”

Amber shot a quick worried glance towards Dawn since she had been cut off, but didn't say anything. "Sure, I guess we can stay here another night." She motioned to the prey. "Let's eat for now, though." She picked the wood thrush that she had caught and took a bite.

Dawn scraped the floor then nodded. As usual she kept her own thoughts in and took a price of prey.”thank you guys..” she spoke quietly-of corse that was her normal.

After Dawn was finished she began to groom her fur. She had a bit of trouble with it but managed.

Amber was grateful for the compliment, knowing that her struggles hadn't gone to waste. She finished her meal and sat up.
"Hm. What are we going to do until tomorrow?" she said, mostly to herself. The day had just barely started, but they weren't going to leave yet.

Dawn shrugged. “Maybe some of us could go back to the fire..if it isn’t to far..and if the fire has ended..some of us could look for survivors.”
