Name of oc: dragnoc (frostbite)
Species of oc: human
DETAILED Appearance: a person with pale skin with black winter clothes (boots coat pants etc.) he has pale blue eyes and long (and I mean long) soft fluffy blue hair he has pale blue eyes with light blue pupils (that have a black outline) he has frost claws around his fingers he has a claw like scar around one of his eyes that looks as though it is frozen he is short he also has a snow charm on the side of his hair
Pose: he his griping his chest with one hand (as though it is in pain) and his other hand is holding that arm
Facial expression: he seems scared
What kind of art (fullbody, bust, etc.): full body or bust is ok
Coloring?: Yea use whatever has the brightest colors
