Seriously? "I think we can handle your rage, sweetheart." Orchid's tone was mocking. Fire's anger was somewhat of average, not even that, pathetic, really, and she found herself amused. Also, annoyed. If this cat was going to be a pain in the ass, she was going to leave, because her patience only went so far when it came to dealing with incompetents. She leaned close, a smirk curling her lips but eyes glittering with menace. "Listen, cat, I suggest you chill the hell out and stop threatening me, because I happen to believe that I could gut you." Her claws slid out and glittered dangerously. "How about we be careful with how we word our words, shall we? Before someone gets hurt."

She felt like she was being quite rational, every instinct she had in her body was screaming to kill this cat, to sink her lethal fangs into Fire's throat and just hold it there until the she-cat was dead, until her movements slowed and her last thought was that she never should have crossed Orchid. But it just so happened that Orchid was going through a time of self-improvement of sorts, and was trying to cut back on the killing.

Turning to look at Freckle-whatsit, she chuckled once again, but didn't find anything to comment or reply to. Well, that was okay. She sat down, her toned, graceful frame hunched against the wind. Stars, how did those stick-cats do it, out in the open, all vulnerable and.... ick.

Cocking an eyebrow to the stick-cat who piped up and told her to leave. Did he truly think that she would leave? "Oh, but why would we do that? I'm quite content where I am. And you're hurting my feelings, it's almost as if you don't want to talk to me." She pouted, sweeping her tail over the ground. "I'm sure Freckle-whatsit feels the same, don't you, Freckle-whatsit?"
