Trick or Treat?

Treat had fallen asleep on the floor. Again. Who needs a bed when you have cool-colored fluffy stuff on the floor? (A rug) Besides, at least when Treat slept on the floor he didn't have to worry about falling!

Trick was on the glass table, mentally debating whether he should knock the glass cup off... it was precariously placed on the edge... hmm... yeah let's do it. He stuck a fluffy white paw out and started pushing ever so lightly until... CRASH! The cup fell onto the floor, shattering into a thousand pieces. Satisfied with his work, the black and white tuxedo leapt off the table, but turned to see their teenage twoleg come running down the hall, yowling loudly about something.

Treat woke suddenly to a large crash, followed a few seconds after by footsteps and loud noises coming from his and Trick's Twoleg. He stood up, watching his brother escape the scene, and realized one second to late that he should have too. The Twoleg marched up to him, and scolded him. Treats eyes widened in bewilderment. "Noooooooooo! It wasn't meeeee!" He meowed loudly over her.

Trick had slipped under the couch just in time to watch Treat get yelled at. He snickered as their twoleg gave Treat a soft kick, just to encourage him away from the broken shards. The black and white cat emerged, the golden star on his purple collar thumping against his soft chest.

Trick giggled and batted at his brother with sheathed claws. "Noooo!" he mewed, rolling onto his back and exposing his ✨ f l u f f y ✨ stomach.

Treat jumped away and crouched down. "I'ma get you agaaaaain!" He crowed. Before he could leap again though, something in the kitchen rattled. "human got foooood!!" He popped up.

Trick jumped onto his hind legs to rub against his housefolk's hand. She lowered a tiny bit of... STEAK! HE LOVED STEAK! The black and white tom gobbled it up, his jaw making that adorable ✨ s h m a p ✨ when he finished.
