EchoKit glared at the tom, "Yes I did! I sent him squealing into his dumb camp like a kit!" she licked her fluffy chest, trying to seem older and more mature. "Even if I did lie, then why did I walk into the nursery so proud? Huh?" The she-kit teased, with a big smirk on her face. 'Mouse dung! He's trying to make me look bad!' EchoKit kept the smirk on her face but began worrying on the inside.

Hawkkit kept his glare on Echokit. Try one more thing, and I will be telling Duskstar, he threatened, his lips drawn back in a snarl and his fur fluffed up. Hawkkit scrambled to his paws and stood tall so that he looked twice his size. Waiting for a reply, he began to sniff the fur on his chest, wondering what to say next.
