Diesel nodded. "A little bit. It doesn't bother me.", he meowed. The tom didn't want to get rid of it. He wanted cats to know that he was once a kittypet and plus it made him look cool.

Angel was about to say something when she heard footsteps coming, then she caught the scent of something she didn't like. "Run!" Angel jumped out of the box and went deeper into the alley.

Diesel heard the noise and jumped up he followed behind her. He would make sure she got out first before him. The tom could fight whatever it was. The black tom was absolutely calm.

Angel kept going into the alley and took a turn but realized that it was a dead end. "Not a dead end!" She turned around but there was no escape. Then she noticed a pile of boxes near the wall. "Follow me!" She climbed up the pile boxes, hoping that she wouldn't fall. When she got to the top, she reached the top of the wall. "Quick, Diesel!"

Diesel didn't quite know if he would fit going on top of those boxes. He was a big dude, but he'd give it a try. The black tom jumped and scurried to the top. Diesel felt his back legs slip and he struggled to get up. He struggled for a little bit before putting all his weight on the top. He pulled himself to safety.

Angel looked over her shoulder to see the human standing there, wondering where they went. She jumped down the wall, landing on her feet. "Well, that was surprising..."

Diesel felt himself go out of breath. He looked over to see a two-leg. Is that what they were running for? He thought a fox was coming after them or something. He turned to Angel. "Indeed it was.", he meowed out of breath.

Then, somewhere in the shadows behind her, she caught the scent something worse than a human. She turned around and she saw huge, sharp teeth, growling at them. "Uh oh..."

Diesel saw the creature and backed away slowly. He sprung at it with angry paws. He was tired of running. The black tom snapped his jaws on the things chest, letting out his own growl. "Run!", he yowled.
