General Board or Visual Art ?

So, I'm intending to make a thread where people could discuss their favorite TV shows (Cartoons, Anime, Live-Action ...)

At first I figured I'd post it in the General board section of the forums, but now I have a slight doubt ...

Could anyone tell me where I should preferably post it ?

It would be in the General Board. Visual Arts is for stories, digital and traditional art.
