Silvershade let out a gasp, "Pretty name!" They commented on, taking a small step closer to the she-cat. They raised a brow at the last statement, "Ohh! Oh, oh. I'm Riverclan! Are ya lookin to join?" They questioned-- it was pretty common these days. It was a good thing they did expansions.

The warrior grinned, "Alrighty then! Oh, though you'll have to talk to Lionstar or Sootflare first. They gotta give you the okay, make sure you ain't some evil lady. Yknow?" Silvershade turned their body away from Scarlet, fluffy tail gesturing for her to follow. "Let's go!"

"Okay!" Scarlet meowed excitedly,and followed Silvershade,still feeling wary.

Padding behind Brightwhisker, he branched off as they reached Saltmeadow Marsh. He looked back to see if Lampreypaw was here yet and shrugged when he didn't see the bobtailed apprentice pop out of the brush. They'll catch up. Trotting a little bit towards the boarder, he began rubbing his cheek and body on the trees.

Lampreypaw followed the group they were sent on patrol with on speedy paws, ashamed of themself for being so late. "I'm here, sorry!" They rasped with an unsteady mew. They padded up next to their mentor and decided to stay close to her.

Brightwhisker kept an eye out for any movements on Shadowclan's side of the border, not wanting the three of them to be taken off guard for any reason. He tilted an ear in the direction Lampreypaw scampered from, the sound of their labored breath a bit worrisome.

"You ok there Lampreypaw?" he asked as he sniffed at a spot with tramped down grass.

Scenting a tree, he snorted at the strong smell. Fox. The area reeked of it. "Lets get on with marking the boarder. I'd like to check out the fox scent." The tom didn't want to take any precautions if the fox was still near. "Lampreypaw? Have you done any battle training yet?"

(okay there's definitely something wrong with my notifications, if you could leave a vm whenever it's my turn to go it'd be great)
"Not yet," Lampreypaw answered. Fox! That sent a prickle of fear up their pelt and the white fur on their back stood up right. They knew they'd smelled something odd but they hadn't ever scented it before, so they hadn't put any real thought to it earlier. Now that they thought about it, it smelled canine. They kneaded at the ground nervously but didn't say anything else.
