Goslingkit had - at last - moved on from investigating her scar, and was now cleansing her paw with a teeny pink tongue. "Oh, it's alright," she murmured whilst nibbling at the spaces between her forefingers. "I know you didn't mean to offend me." Once the she-kit had finished cleansing herself, she cast a glimpse down at the vole that Mosspaw had begun scrounging through, and her ears pricked up with interest. After a few moments of silence, the tortoiseshell spoke up, orange eyes glittering with a sense of fascination. "Uh, Mosspaw? H-have you ever wondered what a cat's bones look like? I mean, I'm sure they look no different from any other four-legged animal's, b-but what would happen if we tasted them? If we tasted the meat? I.... I'm just curious - it's all so weird, I wonder what would happen."

Mosspaw raises an eyebrow, an extremely confused look on his face. He laughs a bit, a thin sound devoid of humor. "You're a strange one, aren't you? You'd go mad. Obviously, you'd go mad, cats aren't meant to eat other cats! It would drive you crazy, you'd get addicted, or something. Cats who do that always end up in the dark forest, no exception. It's horriffic." He looks at the bones, the white collagen reflecting the light of the eun. "But yes, I do wonder what cat bones look like."

Plumpaw blinks. And blinks again. Craning her neck, the she-cat begins to look around for whoever was shouting out her name. She'd been sitting near the water and watching it move slowly, shrouded in her own peaceful silence. The apprentice felt a bit better since coming to RiverClan, although so much was new to her and she still hadn't been to see Gentlethunder.
"Sp..." She narrows her eyes at this odd, eccentric she-cat who had come tumbling around. What was that cat's name? The one Lionstar mentioned? "Spiderpaw?" That sounded like it was right. The silver molly tips her head a bit, somewhat puzzled.

"that's me!" spiderpaw nodded, giving the female a small smile. "yeah, hello!" she hoped her.. energy wasn't off-putting. plumpaw seemed.. chill! "so, uh! welcome! hi, hello, nice to meet ya, hope you're doing well." how to start?? spiderpaw had no clue. er. well, she figured becoming plumpaw's friend was her first step. "are you.. bored??" the darkly-colored apprentice inquired, allowing a miniscule smirk to display itself on her face as she tried to think of something for them to do if, in fact, plumpaw was bored. "because i can fix that!" ..."but if you're feelin' perfectly fine we can just chill! whatcha wanna talk about?"

When Duckbounce still hadn't answered after a moment of delay, Baykit frowned. "Uhh, Duckbounce? You awake?" It made them giggle a bit. Highly unlikely but it was fun to imagine the warrior really had fallen asleep standing up.

Duckbounce wearily blinked her eyes. "Uh-huh-wha??" The molly clearly wasn't that awake yet. Before saying anything else, she rubbed her eyes with her paw and started up again. "I'm sorry, Baykit. What did you say?"

As Duckbounce was attempting to hold Lizardpaw down, her head was kicked up by her apprentices stong legs. The molly let out a small 'oof' as she backed up a bit.

Lizardpaw flipped herself upright and aimed a blow with her paw at the warrior's face.

Duckbounce scrunched her face up as Lizardpaw hit her face. The molly couldn't belive how much she was failing right now. The warrior quickly backed up some more then quickly rushed at her apprentice, holding her paw out, attempting for a front paw blow.

Duckbounce walked back into the clearing carying the fish that her and her apprentice had caught at the pond. "Here is the fish we caught!" The molly said with a big smile on her face. She nodded her head at the deputy before she started walking away.

Goslingkit's haunches wriggled anticipatatively as Willowpaw explained the instructions to the perfect strike. A lot to take in - that part hadn't changed, no, but she could handle it. Once the she-cat had finished up with her method of guidance, the elegant tortoiseshell sprang back, whiskers quivering with excitement as she hunkered briskly down. Goslingkit's neat black pupils enlarged to moon-like spheres as she tensed her hindquarters, heart fluttering with a thrill of elation. She was going to master this. With one last squirm of her mottled flanks, Goslingkit launched herself forward and toward the gray apprentice, sheathed paws outstretched as she aimed to smack her across the face. "Haha, take that!"

Willowpaw blinked in surprise as a tiny paw smacked her across the muzzle but didn't react for a second otherwise. With all the tumbles and hits the apprentice took on the regular this was nothing even if it was a good hit, still it did deserve praise. "Wow! Nice job you sure got me good there! I wasn't expecting it which is good because if I was I could've dodged so thats exactly what you wanna do in a battle. Theres even a move that even is supposed to trick dumb enemies into thinking you're gonna hit them one way and instead do another! Its called a feint and it's the next move Im gonna teach you." She pulled back and started demonstrating the blows against am imaginary partner (like she was gonna even play hit a kit), one fake blow then following it up with a strong blow from the opposite side. "You see you make a fake blow to distract them then a real blow where they don't expect it! You try!" She stood in front of the kit and let herself be a target. She wasn't really gonna dodge the blows from the kit but she didn't have to know that.
