The Final Ghost (Applications needed!)

Hello, y'all. This will be a private roleplay with only a few characters, but it means a lot to me as I will be killing off my first (and most loved) non-Warriors charrie. Here is a summary:

Zephyr is going to die while saving herself and her brother Orion from a hunter from their past. A little backstory:

~~~When Zen and Ori were growing up, they lived on a Louisianna sugarcane plantation run by their mother, Malia. But because their father was a spirit, they were born with special abilities: Zen was a creature of darkness, with a special connection to death and the earth, while Orion was a creature of light, connected to the sky and all things alive. In the twisted world they lived in, they were relentlessly hunted by soul catchers, until one day a kidnapper finally captured them and caged them in his basement, abusing them as he waited for a sale. Zen was able to get out with her brother, but they have been on the run ever since, fleeing the past, the hunters, and the mystery of their father. They eventually met up with Peya Sando, a bounty hunter, several years later and joined forces, earning a not-so-honest living while hunting in the Outskirts. If you can't beat them, join them, as they say! Zen and Ori are now 16 and 9, and are currently hiding out in the Outskirts. Peya eventually left them for his girlfriend Ida and now they're on their own, but the danger has increased as their powers grow with time.~~~

I need...

1. An antagonist from their past (flexible!). Present me with ideas on who this person is-- maybe their long-lost father? A jealous relative? The chief soul catcher? This person should capture them and attempt to murder them, while Zen sacrifices herself for Orion's escape.

2. A henchman for the antagonist, possibly.

3. Someone who helps Orion get out; maybe a long-lost friend.

4. If you have another idea, add them in!

Age: 17 years (though he himself lost count)
Gender: male

Appearance: lean and tall, dark hair (though not quite black), slightly tanned, rather nasty burn scars on legs; most prominent feature is his aura of danger and unnatural, dark amethyst eyes — clothing-wise, he prefers black; he's not picky as long as he can move around easily in it — for this rp, he'll probably wear some sort of uniform; we can work out specifics later

How well do you know Zen and Orion, if at all?: Not at all except for what you've shared on this thread. Correspondingly, I doubt you know much about Shadow.

Other: Alright! Are Zen and Orion from some specific fandom or is the lore your creation? Either way, I think I may need to know more before proceeding with a proper plot. Zebulon has always been tied to darkness, and he's always been extremely powerful (though I often tone down his strength to more suitable levels when using him with others). My idea is that Zebulon is also half-spirit, or possibly full spirit, and that the leader of the soul hunters captured him, "trained" him for a few years, and is now forcing him to chase Zen and Orion at the threat of death should he fail.
