The white warrior smirked as Yewpaw veered to his side, her head clearly in the game now. Coldsong was quick to dodge her hit, sprinting a few circles around her before aiming a hit for at own legs – offering a taste her own medicine.

Trying to keep the warrior in sight as he ran circles around her left the apprentice's head swirling but she shook it off as he lunged for her own legs. Instead of leaping back or to the side, she hopped over his strike, aiming to land on his back where she would either find purchase on his shoulders or be sent flying.

Puddlepaw purred as Dawnpaw licked his cheek. Nuzzling the top of her head, he closed his eyes and continued to purr. "I love you too, Dawnpaw." This time he said it clearly. No stuttering. No hesitation. He knew it was definitely true. Dawnpaw was a great cat, and he was happy to imagine spending the rest of his life with her. They were still way too young to be considered mates, but he would be patient and wait until they were warriors and could properly be together...and maybe even have kits. But that was all far off in the future. For now, it seemed everything was better again. They had made it through their first turmoil of life. He knew it likely wouldn't be the last time they ever went through a rough patch, but why worry about that now? Smiling softly, he brushed his tail across Dawnpaw's pelt.

Her tail intertwined with Puddlepaw as she purred softly. She curled around Puddlepaw, sharing tongues with him. @Puddletail @Zesty Mango (I thought you might want to interfere now)

Basilpaw saw the romance goin on between them and felt her stomach churn, Is that what Eaglepaw and I looked like during the prey social, keep it in the den....gross. No Basilfern, this is normal tough it out, don’t gag don’t gag...don’t... She gave a loud gag as they were getting far to intimate for her to take. Turning red she looked for a place to hide before diving into a shrub nearby, her face felt flush in embarassment.

Emebrkit looked confused at the she-cat she didn't answer my question... Should I ask again? Would that be rude? He hesitantly opened his mouth "so um.. how many moons old are you?" he asked again, hoping he wasn't being rude

Dawnpaw ear flicked as she heard Basilpaws gag. She pulled away from Puddlepaw, purring a bit. "I don't think the whole camp wants to see us like this." She purred softly, licking his cheek. @Zesty Mango @Puddletail (open for anybody else who wants too)

Puddlepaw whipped around in surprise as he heard Basilpaw's gag. Oh boy! He'd forgotten she'd been there watching them the whole time. Turning to Dawnpaw, he laughed a little and began giving his chest fur some embarrassed licks. "Yeah, I think you may be right." Lowering his voice to a whisper, he added, "Hey, I'm sorry if this makes you feel upset, but we probably shouldn't do a whole lot yet. After all, we're still apprentices. I know we have feelings for each other and stuff, but we should probably hold off until we're warriors." It was a little disheartening, but he knew it was for the best. Apprentices weren't supposed to have any real romance yet. So he knew he'd just have to wait. He cast a thankful glance in Basilpaw's direction. They had been going a bit too far, and Basilpaw had given an unintentional, but useful reminder that they were still too young for serious commitment.

Hivekit stumbled outside of the nursery, paws refusing to cooperate. The world was so... black. Was this what all the other cats saw? The scents in the air were jumbled; and Hivekit couldn't find any direction to follow. Her mothers belly was waiting for her in the nursery, but... she couldn't exactly find it. There was so much commotion, as well... Where could she go? Fear was tearing at her insides, and she fought the urge to curl into a ball and cry. Crumpling to the ground, Hivekit awaited someone to find her.

Dawnpaw nodded, laughing a bit. "I'm just glad all that drama is over." She mewed. She nodded a solemn goodbye, padding to the apprentice den. @Puddletail @Zesty Mango

Dawnpaw padded into the apprentice den,ma bit warm inside from her encounter with Puddlepaw. She was sure he loved her now, and he loved her as well. (Open)
