"Because most of the cats that were in World Territory have died off. From what I know, each territory only has one elder left that was born in that time period." He sighed, shaking his head. "It's sad... we all could have lived peaceful, and grew strong and happy... but those other idiots made an awful decision. They tried to kill eachother, they tried to kill me... I could never go back to that."
