Feathernose lunged for the ball, her paws kicking up powdery snow as she took off. The warrior was mindful of her teammates, eyeing them from her peripheral vision. In the same movement of her lunge, she attempted to block her opponents with her body, a mischievous grin tugging at the corners of her lips. Ah, there was that smile again! She greeted it warmly, joy blooming once again in her cold body.

Event [#event]Drizzlenight watched from atop his perch as the action actually began. Most of the cats who had joined in didn't make any significant moves, but that was on them at this point. He took silent note of the cats who did actually bother to begin participating.
Despite efforts from two cats, nobody was able to grab the moss-ball. It seemed that defensive efforts were working quite well, at least for now. 
( Asterwish rolled an 8! Your attempt to grab the moss-ball was unsuccessful.
Feathernose rolled a 2! Your attempt to grab the moss-ball was unsuccessful.
( @ Desert Rain Frog ) please keep the rules of this event in mind! You cannot determine yourself whether your cat grabs the moss-ball- that is determined by the dice roll. Please note that failure to follow this event's rules may result in your removal from the event.
If your cat has not yet taken an action, they have until my next post to do so. If they do not take an action of some kind by then, they will be treated as if they have left the event. VM me with any questions!
Next event post will be on 1/20- going to actually try to make the date this time lol )

My posts are always open unless I say otherwise. VM me if you would like to set up a roleplay with one of my characters or even if you just want to talk. If you have a character that knows one of my characters somehow you're welcome to make a starter and mention me whenever you want to roleplay them together. Birdpaw has flock together tier three and bilingual tier three. Toadpaw has silver tongue. Mantiskit has agatha kitty and mind reader. I often end up editing my applications, especially if I'm not using a form so don't consider my first draft to be final as it likely isn't, especially if it's a kit finder. If one of my characters says, thinks, or does something you don't like please don't get angry at me since I'm just trying to roleplay their personalities.

"Be... Beetlepaw! Go for the ball!" Feathernose commanded, her pelt burning. She didn't manage to grab the ball. "Actually, all of us go for the ball!" she amended, darting for the moss all again, mindful that she didn't block her teammates. As for the other team... Damn, if they couldn't get past her she didn't really care. Okay, she did. But still.

Beetlepaw nodded, the ridiculously tiny ten moon old attempting to pounce on the mossball.
Sheeppaw saw Beetlepaw and Feathernose go for the ball. Was she supposed to try too? The large deaf ten moon old wasn't sure but decided to assume that she was and attempted to grab the ball. @Erasefhead @ Bluue @ GhostlyStarfinder
