The deputy made his way over to the newly dubbed Galewood as Twilightstar called the first Clan meeting in their new camp. He settled down and curled his tail around his paws. This was sure to be a long one, and he wanted to be comfortable.

The ginger she-cat padded out of the nursery to sit among the gathering cats. She had been kitless for moons, something she had been meaning to speak to Twilightstar about.

Swiftheart approved of the name for the new meeting place. Galewood. It sounded cool.
Sheepbreeze joined the meeting.
Brightkit smiled. Maybe today she could become an apprentice.

Moorpaw shifted in place, wishing the announcements would go on so she'd forget the itching in her maw. Through the scratch where the rogue had gotten her was healing and no longer sore or stinging, the healing process was replaced with this annoying itch that was near impossible to not think about, but she couldn't even try carefully itching it with her tongue without removing what was keeping it from bleeding all over again.
So she resorted to distracting herself from it.
Thankfully, just a distraction came over. She lifted her head to look at Wolffang and she wondered how someone who'd been such a cute kitten was now a huge and muscular figure.
She remembered, quite fondly, being allowed to play with him and Rosekit, and just how much she'd loved her niece and nephew. But she'd grown apart from them when she became an apprentice. She hadn't even checked up on either of them during her time in StarClan.
She wondered if she should have, but didn't dwell on the idea for too long.

Moorpaw chirped to Wolffang, a happy and inviting sound. Before she had the chance to speak, he spoke first and it seemed he had a very similar idea.
Catching up sounded great. She had so much she wanted to tell her now older nephew. It was.... odd, really.
When they'd been kittens, she'd loved being older than the others, loved that she was taller than them because she was older. Liked being stronger.
But now, at 14 moons after being dead for so many seasons, she was the size of a new apprentice, the size she'd been when she'd died at 9 moons, and Wolffang had just kept growing without her. And now she was the younger of the two.
The thought made something deep within her ache, a deep seated panic and unease she couldn't explain.
She didn't like it.
But now she had nothing to occupy her thoughts, as Wolffang walked away, leaving her with her thoughts, emotions, and that damn itch inside her mouth she wasn't allowed to scratch.

The ebony she-cat moved quickly towards Twilightstar's calling. Her tail tip flicked with anticipation about this meeting. Not anything regarding herself, but just about the news around the clan since the camp was finally getting settled after the fire.

Goldenpaw »

Goldenpaw gazed up at the looming tree, a minute amount of interest shining in his eyes. Trees weren't a common sight in their territory, so to be so close to one as large as this was a little... intimidating? He wasn't quite sure what to think about it. He watched Twilightstar leap onto one of the branches, and as she called out for the Clan to gather, he swept his gaze around the clearing. Dull green eyes passed over a cat that seemed to be all scar tissue before rising back up to Twilightstar.

When she heard her sister’s voice, she turned to look at her sister with a smile. “Hey! Sit with me, you can be my meeting buddy for today!” She insisted, playfully bumping her shoulder against her sister’s before she sat down.

It seemed most of the clan settled into their new home easier than others. She picked up a few uncomfortable gazes lifting up to meet her own, but a lot of the camp seemed quite at peace and content. It brought a sense of comfort to her. She was sure one day, there would be kits here who only knew this place as home. They just needed time, or in Twilightstar's practice sitting on a tree branch. It was dreadfully uncomfortable, the branch was wide and stable enough that she should have no fear of falling. But it didn't feel right, the wood though smooth felt like small thorns digging into her paw pads, her claws constantly out to give her some sense of security, but it didn't.

The longer she sat there, the worst the sense of vertigo became. The branch was higher than the Breezerock had been, and although the leader has never had any trouble with heights before, being in a tree was something entirely different. Throwing up or falling off the branch would not be a great start to this meeting. So, Twilightstar swallowed the saliva that was building in her mouth; and decides that it would be safer for everyone if she did this meeting at the base of the Galewood.

In two quick, graceful leaps, the leader jumped down to her den, and then down to the grassy clearing. The nausea slowly went away as she sat down in between the roots of the tree. "Sorry, not used to being up there yet." Twilightstar meows to the gathered before jumping into the meeting. "We've got a few overdue ceremonies. Cedarkit [ Froggy ], Basilkit [puppeteer], and Brightkit [~Leafrabbit~]. Come stand in front of me." The leader waved her tail invitingly to the kits.

"Scalepaw [Queen_Coral]," Twilightstar spotted the apprentice with the large warrior, Snowybreeze. Scalepaw was overdue for his warrior ceremony and it seemed only fitting to give him his warrior name after the battle with the rogues. She was sure he was dealing with his own personal problems, but who in this life wasn't? She hasn't heard anything from Fallownose that would make her think she should hold back on his ceremony. "Sit behind the kits, you're ceremony will be up next."

Beastpaw

As another apprentice got prepared to get their name, Beastpaw sat back, awaiting the new apprentices before he would begin to cheer for them. He was getting close to joining his siblings. Just had to finish a few last things. So close to being the one called to stand up as his clanmates called to him.

They didn't care much as three apprentices were called to step forward, their tail twitching as they awaited to hear the rest of the meeting. Hopefully it'd be interesting to see what all had gone down during the fire.

Cedarkit

Cedarkit squeaked with excitement. This was the moment she was waiting for! She scrambled up in front of Twilightstar. She waited long for this day, and it was finally here!

Back when the fire had started, she had thought Windclan was lost. She also thought no cat would EVER have another ceremony again. But yet, she was proven wrong.

Cedarkit sat down, her tail jerked up with excitement.
