"And I don't know if you'll be a good medicine cat. I don't really know you at all, and warriors can't learn too many herbs and remedies so anything any of us do know, is no better than the next cat. Didn't Fawnsqueak hold some open attendance classes?"

Bristlepaw yawned in the cool leaf-fall wind. This 'cold' didn't bother him in the slightest with his this fur. And it was quite interesting seeing the shorter haired cats scurry into their dens to get out of the wind. And even though this was his first leaf-fall, and then leafbare, he wasn't exactly excited about it as maybe other's would be. Just seemed... boring. More than greenleaf or any of the other seasons. He'd have to work harder. And he sure wasn't excited about that. And with the wind ruffling his fur, he got to work licking the small tangles that had formed out of his fur.

Springcry had been eating a trout, and then he saw the apprentice. The chestnut-brown tom noticed how Bristlepaw had warm, long fur. Lucky. He looked at his back, at his own brown, medium length fur. Well. It didn't bother him as much. The cold. Springcry ambled over non-threateningly towards Bristlepaw, a nonchalant expression on his face. He gave the long-furred cat a bright smile. "Hi. You're Bristlepaw, right? I see, cause of the fur...y'know? I'm Springcry." Yeah. Introductions. He didn't want to seem like an asshole.

Basilpaw wondered if her new mentor could teach her to hunt! Or maybe fight! She shivered a bit as the wind rushed over her body. It was starting to get cold. Maybe she could see some ice! @Redtalon

Sootflare raised a brow as Halfpaw approached him and to give a patrol report no less. He hadn't assigned the molly to any patrols and, as such, his curiosity was piqued. However, he was quick to let out a deep, disappointed sigh. Of course it was Blizzardsky. Who else would it be? It was a mistake to send the numbskull out of camp.

"He's still out there?"
