Some complicated plot about alternate universes or something like that.
It started off with Kion dying and being reincarnated as Tuma.

Viper blinked, then looked back at Kion(1). She sighed in annoyance. "Give me one second, please." She then padded over and knelt down to Kion(1)'s ear. "WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!!!" She screeched, making Romeo jump a little.

"Mmm......R...Romeo?"
"Copper!!" Romeo turned back to his friend, a wave of relief washing over him. However he was still a bit concerned "Are you okay?"
"Are we dead...?" Copper mumbled, opening his eyes halfway.

It was at that moment that Kion(1) leaped up, screeching as his head whirled around in every direction, eyes darting around, teeth bared and a snarl bubbling in his throat. "What?!"

Kion(2) blinked, watching curiously. "Huh." He reached over and poked Tuma with a paw. "That ever work on you?"

"Uh..." Tuma narrowed his eyes, as if trying to remember. "I mean, Kiara and Kila used to wake me up screaming that Janja was invading or something, so.... That's basically the same thing I guess. You?"

Kion(2) shrugged, blowing a strand of his mane out of his eyes before answering. "Someone usually just bit down on my tail." He paused for a second. "Mostly Kila or Claire."

"I'm honestly not surprised." Tuma blinked, raising his eyebrows. Bunga(1) looked from one to the other, then glanced at Ono, who just shrugged, blinking.


Keyon blinked, turning to Copper, and his eyes widened. "Copper," He sighed, relieved. "Thank god... No, we're not dead."

[Ainz Ooal Gown]

[Stario&Co.]

"Relax," Viper rolled her eyes. "We're the ones doing the attacking. I just woke you up."
"We have to move now," Sade looked back at the others, her ears flat against her head. "Or we will be dead!"
"Uh, cubs?" Octavian stepped in front of Romeo and Octavian, looking wary "I think it's time to go now."

[Random Melody]

"Oh." Kion(1) perked his ears, and gave a small smirk. "Right."

Bunga(1) blinked, stepping back. "Sitaki kufa!"

"Kisha tunahitaji kukimbia!" Bunga(3) exclaimed, heading over to them with Bunga(2), who looked completely uncertain.

"Get Copper!" Ncha exclaimed, backing away quickly along with the others. Keyon stayed where he was, helping Copper to his paws.

"We need to hurry." Tuma went over to help immediately.

Kion(2) paused and glanced at the others, but he didn't move yet, and he wasn't going to until everybody else was safe, first.

[Stario&Co.]

"Ono, come on!" Fuli nudged the bird, backing away quickly.

"Wh-who is that?" Copper stared up at Kion(1) with fearful eyes, pressing against Keyon.

"You don't want to find out!" Romeo stepped in front of his friends, eyes narrowed. "Trust me."

"I have waited for this," Viper stepped forward, clouds beginning to loom over her head. "for so long." Her eyes locked with Sade's identical ones. Sade's were filled with fear, and hers with hunger.

"We were friends, Viper," Sade backed away slowly, her body shrunk back, making her look smaller. "Best friends."

"And we still are," Viper grinned darkly, her mark now glowing on her shoulder. "After all, I have to thank someone for teaching me everything I know."

"What is she talking about, Sade?" Octavian turned to his friend, but Sade remained silent.

Ono quickly fluttered back next to Fuli, eyes darting around warily.

"Go to h--!" Tuma started to snarl at Viper, but Keyon covered his mouth quickly with a paw, beginning to lead both him and Copper back quickly.

Kion(1) stared at the cubs for a moment, then turned his gaze to Bunga(2), eyes sharpening. "Bunga, what are you doing."

"Leave him alone." Kion(2) growled, stepping forward and fixing Kion(1) with a cold glare as Bunga(2) shrank back, Bunga(3) and Bunga(1) quickly leading him toward the Guard.

Kion(1) turned his sharp glare onto him then. "Don't tell me what to do." He hissed. "I'll rip you apart, weakling."

Kion(2) just chuckled and shook his head, not even bothering to dignify that with a retort. "Okay."
