The red colored feline sat in the clearing, her tail curled around her paws as though closing her off from the rest of the world. She had never been labeled as a 'friendly' cat. Though what made a cat 'friendly' was beyond her. How could you just look at someone, and through that, decide whether they were friendly or not? That made no sense to the pretty Abyssinian. Of course, sometimes cats who flirted with her called themselves friendly. That was the last word she would use to describe them. Friendly? They should be friendless, but they aren't. She thought grumpily. The Abyssinian was definitely the opposite of friendly. But why? What had made her that way? Lots of things, if she were being honest. Lots of things had built up to now.
Perhaps she could have been a friendly cat. There was always that particular chance, but now? There wasn't even a hint of a friendly word that she spoke. All she asked was to be left alone, which wasn't much...and yet that was denied her. Why was that denied her? It shouldn't have been. She should have had all the space she wanted, but living in a Clan where clanmates were supposed to protect and fight for each other, she guessed things could get a little tight. More then a little tight. And yet she still stayed, because she loved ShadowClan.
It was a grudging type of love, but it was still there. Strong enough to the point where she was okay to tolerate her clanmates. That didn't mean she wouldn't snap at them, and do her best to stay out of their way. That meant she would have their backs in battle and she wouldn't kill them. More then some could say. she thought, the tip of her tail twitching as she looked scornfully around. During the battle, how many of these cats had killed one of their own saying it was either for 'StarClan' or for 'Blazingnight?' She hadn't killed a clanmate. And as far as Redflight knew? She never would.

Dungkit scowled at his body that didn't look pretty, he was half bald," Ugh..I'm so ugly, I'll never survive apprenticehood, the moons of being bullied."

Elmkit glanced at Dungkit," Uhh...I think....no..." he was quiet again and looked away.

Elmkit glanced at Dungkit," Uhh...I think....no..." he was quiet again and looked away.

Shadowstorm smiled, affection plastered all over her face. "Dungkit. If anyone says that, tell me, and I'll attempt to have a civilized conversation with them." The dark grey queen used to be a well-honored warrior, but now that she has Elmkit and Dungkit, her focus and priority has been on them. She isn't protective over just her friends anymore, it's her kits. She turned to face Elmkit. "You're not going to talk much are you?" A small glint of laughter escaped her vocal cords. "Oh trust me. When you're older and much more comfortable, you'll begin to do more than just whisper. You'll have... a true voice, one that stands out, one that can make a difference." She's heard those words before, and gladly repeated them. She didn't mind that she was turning into her mother. With being the runt of the litter and the quietest as a kit, her mother would say that everytime. And everytime, her mother knew that the dark grey she-cat was feeling down. She should feel lucky that she had 2, and not 6, as her mother did. Shadowstorm wrapped her tail around her kits, and licked between their ears. "You'll both be the best warriors ShadowClan could imagine." She glanced at the Nursery entrance. "Now, go and play, you two."

Elmkit slowly nodded," Okay." he was silent again, he started tossing a moss ball up in the air and catching it, he kept doing it, it was his only amusement, he didn't want to cause trouble so he he played with the mossball Why am I scared to speak, I won't be able to become a warrior if I'm too scared to say the two words 'i do' at my warrior ceremony, and if I'm a mentor I'll be the worst, I'll never have a mate so my offspring will all look like Dungkit not me. If I become a medicine cat I won't be brave enough to preform the cerimony for my apprentice, or reasure my patients that they won't die...he softly sighed

Dungkit got to his paws and padded over to Elmkit, he hooked the mossball away from him and battered it around before exausted, passed it back to Elmkit, who threw it at Dungkit. Dungkit prodded Elmkit's feet due to the fatness that prevented him from being able to do basic playfighting. Elmkit hurdled himself over Dungkit onto his back silently, not yowling in triumph as Dungkit fell, but just hopping off and running over to Dungkit, still on the ground worry nawwed at him," Dungkit...I'm...sorry!!" Dungkit held still for a minute as Elmkit got closer before Dungkit flew up knocking the wind out of Elmkit and Elmkit crashed on his back, belly exposed, Dungkit layed a paw on Elmkit's belly," I got you." Elmkit rolled over and pounced on Dungkit's tail before scrambling onto his back and put his paw over Dungkit's eyes directing Dungkit towards Shadowstorm.

Shadowstorm smiled. "I can already see some weight being lost. Now push yourself. If you're truly dedicated, it'll be lost in no time." She said, encouragingly, before looking over at Elmkit. "Never expose your underbelly. It's a clear sign of defeat, if you do!" She turned her focus back on Dungkit. "That was great! See how your fat could sometimes come to great use? Now, that move was called a Belly Rake. It's when you slash your enemy's belly with your claws, giving you instant power over them." She paused, then gasped. An idea had come to mind. She eyed them both. "Now. Instead of fighting against eachother, fight with eachother. There's a move called Partner Fighting. It's a defensive position where you put your back's against eachother's backs. You'd be fending off attackers while protecting eachother. It'd be a great move to help you two come together as siblings."

(Do you want to Timeskip to when Dungkit lost weight, or do you want to roleplay as he's losing the fat?)

Shadowstorm smirked. "I know who.." She stood up, and began padding out of the Nursery. She glanced back, "Stay in here until I get back," before padding out.
She arrived back with 2 kits, Fallenkit @Ludicrous Lunacy and Flamekit @Flameleaf. She nudged them. "You will both choose a kit to fight against. I'm teaching them the Partner Fighting battle move. I'll teach you next if you'd like, just to prepare you all." She flashed a smile, gratefully.

(You could both work it out which kit is going to fight who, if you'd like just before replying :3)
