Default Re: StarClan Territory

The starry tom ran on through the woods of Starclan. It was the main busy work of his when he was alive, so it made sense for him to do it here in Starclan too right?

No not really. He had no need to eat. He had no reason to hunt. He didn't have a Clan he had to provide for now or a family to feed. He stilhad a family to watch over. Since most of them were here in the afterlife with him. His daughter though was still down in the Clans. Redpaw was there in Skyclan. His heart longed to be with her. He could see her sadness, her fear of getting close to someone for fear they would suffer the fate similar to the rest of their family. He watched over her as often as he could, wistful to see her growing up. She loked like her mother, acted a bit like her and shared her love for the Stars. That was his Little Star down there all alone. As a father, that hurt him, more than any wound he had suffered in battle, more than any pain his leg had given him.

So why did he hunt? Well, he had nothing better to do. Simple and plain. Everyone made STarclan to be this great thing, those in charge, those respected, but really it was just boring. He was stuck here forever until there was no longer any cats in the Clans that knew his name. He feared though it wouldn't last long. He had never done anything great in his life. His most notable things had been his dud leg and the fact he had killed an Evil Era Leaderlong after his reign. But no one really knew that. He had died too. He had watched his son die before his eyes. He didn't feel as if he'd won that. In Cliffheart's mind, no one had won that. Everyone had died, and he felt as if he had killed several others that cared for him in the process.

That was a change though. By the time his death came, the insecure and doubtful tom knew that he had cats that cared for him. That was something he had never truly believed until he found Scorchpetal. Well, she found him. But he had always stayed alone, never wanting to be close, always fearing love and fatherhood. Though Scorchflight had told him he would be great. And for the time he was a Father, he thought he did well.

He couldn't have saved Sagekit. Sickness takes it's course. The murder of Strikerkit by Onyx in secret, he couldn't really have stopped that either. But Beachkit, he could have stopped that. The image still haunted him. The Abyssinian gave a shudder. He was glad the two toms were dead. Singe and Onyx were where they belonged. The only thing good he thought of his last night under the stars was that he had been able to save who knew how many cats from the terror of Singe.

On and on he moved, the crisp starry night air ruffling his pelt. The stars speckling his tan and blue fur suited him nicely and brought just an oomf more of meaning to the nickname he and his mate had.

The Twin Star finally stopped in a patch of light, the trees surrounding him. The clearing he stood in looked a lot like the one he had visted so many times in Skyclan. He could see the tree that mirrored the one that he and Scorchpetal had laid under when she revealed to him that they were having kits. The tree more to the left? That was the one where he had asked her to be his mate. He turned a half circle, facing the way he had come from. That holly bush was the last place he saw his mate before she left for the stars. He could almost imagine the icy blue eyes of Onyx fading into the bushes, proud of his work.

He gazed up, seeing the depths of space above him. It was strange. One couldn't see as many stars up here as you could from the Territories. It made sense, since they were the stars, but he missed stargazing with his mate. The old warrior sat down smoothly, one of the things he enjoyed here. His leg didn't hurt him anymore. No more pains or stiffness. He turned his starry green eyes to the sky, longing for the times that were.

After comforting Dapplekit, a new kit. She went to the moon pool and saw Lilyshine there. The moon's light shown thought the clouds. The pool's water sparklingin the moon light. Sneaking towards Lilyshine but the silent quickly got broken as Wishingheart wasn't paying and stepped on a twig. Lilyshine turned around and saw Wishingheart in a stalking pose. “As you thought you can scare me.” Lilyshine mewed. Then Wishingheart Asked “who are you talking to?” “No one.'' She said. “okay, just asking.” Then pounced on to Lilyshine.“Hey!” She yowled. Then they a started a play fight.

[screams because i miss rping him]

@Empress Of Evil
The inky feline opened her eyes and examined the scene before her. She was standing in a forest, moonlight peeping through the large leaves in the canopies of the trees, just like it did in SkyClan’s territory at night. Confusion fluttered its way into Auroraflame’s eyes. Was she in the territory? But that couldn’t be right. She had been in the warriors’ den just before this, how had she just opened her eyes and magically appeared in the territory. For a moment, she turned around on the spot, panic filling her and a dark feeling throbbing inside her. Where was she? How was she supposed to get home? What was in this territory? She looked up, breathing heavily and stared at the stars in the sky.
Wait, stars?
Hadn’t she gone to take a nap at midday? Auroraflame knew for a fact that she never slept from midday all the way to night time without waking up first. And then suddenly, the pieces seemed to come together. She was in StarClan!

But why? She couldn’t possibly die. She was healthy, free of sickness and she was very doubtful that someone would’ve killed her in her sleep just like that. Perhaps she had been brought here by StarClan. Did they have a message for her? Maybe something about the war? The fear was now gone and instead, excitement lit her icy hues. Was StarClan about to include her in something important? Auroraflame opened her mouth to call out, see if anyone was out there and waiting for her. But she stopped. No, she didn’t want to do that. It was so quiet, so peaceful except for the quiet rustle of the leaves as the wind danced past them. Instead, she took a step forward, and then another, until she was making her way through the forest. Her surroundings seemed so familiar, yet at the same time it was a stranger to her. It was the little differences that made it different. Yes, the trees appeared to be placed in similar positions to those in SkyClan’s territory and if she was correct, she was where the Dusk Syndicate’s border was. Auroraflame wondered if StarClan’s land was structured in the same way of the land below. One day she would find out. But for now, Auroraflame focused on how perfect the undergrowth. It lacked imperfections and the land was simply beautiful.

Eventually, the deputy found herself growing tired of walking. Was anything interesting going to happen? Surely StarClan had brought her here for no reason at all other than to take a nice stroll through the woods. As much as she was enjoying it, she was getting impatient. She stopped where she was, and kneaded the ground below with her paws, needing to somehow get rid of the energy in her. Auroraflame wrapped her tail around her paws and thought for a moment. Okay, so if StarClan weren’t going to show themselves to her, what could she do while she waited to wake up and land back in reality. Maybe she could find someone. Her sister perhaps? Surely Lioncry would want to see her. Or maybe Rainpebble. She would love to talk to her former mentor again. The idea of seeing them brightened her, but she assume that StarClan’s hunting grounds probably stretched far and wide and she didn’t know her way around here, let alone know where her friends were.

As he sat there, gazing at the stars, longing for something he couldn't own, he closed his eyes, feeling a light breeze ruffle his cream and grey pelt. He dipped his head, tearing his eyes from the stars and back to reality. He should probably head back, see the rest of his family, talk with them, hang out, talk with Pebblechase, a lot of talking, as there wasn't much else to do in the afterlife.

He stood, his four legs strong in supporting him. He turned away and walked back slowly. He didn't care how quick he made it back, it didn't really matter honestly, how fast he got to the camp. He had his whole afterlife to waste. Being here revealed that if there wasn't war in his clan, or concerning those close to him, he really had nothing to do. Starclan was just some boring hangout place. It wasn't fun at all. Maybe at first it was, but after you did everything, it got boring. You ran out of places to explore, you ended up talking to those you missed every day, and then you see them five minutes later, it was repetitive and boring, and Cliffheart longed for nothing more than to actually do something prosperous.

As he walked, he caught a breeze carrying a scent. A familiar one, but not one he was expecting. He knew the scent well, the cat who had dragged him to camp when he had injured his legs, the feline present when his mate birthed kits, the jokingly called Aunt to his children. Immediately, his ears turned forwards, high alert. He peered through the starry forest, searching for the ebony pelt of the Skyclan deputy. Worry prickled at his pelt. She shouldn't be here. She was healthy, right? She surely wasn't...

No surely not. He wouldn't allow himself to think that path until it was confirmed in front of him. He didn't want to believe it. Auroraflame was probably the closest thing his daughter had to any resemblance of family, even though she actually wasn't. He moved forwards, running now, following the scent. He sent a prayer to Starclan, not wanting his fear to be true. Then a sharp pang reminded him that he was Starclan. He wasn't entirely sure how that worked.

There she was. Cliffheart froze in his tracks, seeing the black coated feline wandering the forest. Her pelt was devoid of stars. She wasn't semitransparent like every other cat up here. She was still alive. She was dreaming. Relief flooded him and almost caused his legs to buckle with the release of the fears he had been building. "Auroraflame!" He called out, the relief and joy clearly evident in his call.

"What are you doing here? I swear on the stars that I thought something had gone wrong down there." He admitted to his old companion. He didn't fear being judged, especially now since he was well, dead.

Ghostpaw looked around the sparkling forest. It looked somewhat similar to Riverclan territory, but the drought was gone, and it seemed somewhat...calmer.Was this starclan? The apprintice's knew he couldn't have died.He had made it through the battle.But...his brother hadn't. Was that why he was here?
The white and ginger apprintice's tried to think of why someone would want him.He had tried to protect Grovepaw,so he shouldn't be here out of anger. If Grovepaw was mad over his death, then Pikepaw should be the one here.

Grovepaw appeared behind his brother ,his stary like form waving back and forth into view until it settled and a fluffy brown tabby could be seen . He honestly never thought he'd make it here , he thought it was fake ,it turned out he was wrong, his ears folded back at the memory of the war I'm sorry I couldn't make it to a warrior ....atleast I tried right? he slowly walked up to ghostpaw and smiled he was happy to see him it felt like ages since he last saw him, freaking out and not knowing what to do ,being in a different place with strange cats . After a while he figured it out and calmed down ,now it was like he was in riverclan all over again . "greetings ghostpaw. I'm sorry I couldn't make it... " he meowed , he was now in ghostpaws view with his ears back a sad smile on his face "..atleast I get to see you again " he added with a swish of his tail. It was strange he felt different here, more...pure..more.. Mature. But he knew he was still that stubborn apprentice .

(He won't think it is a dream at first.)
Ghostpaw looked at his brother for a moment, expecting him to evaporate into thin air. When he didn'the ran ftowards, pressing his head against Grovepaw's.He backed up after a second,a million emotions showing in his eyes.Regret,sorrow,happiness.There was no way he could express it all.At that moment,he wasn't thinking about anything besides his brother."I'm glad to see you again." He told him.

(:3 let the boy be happy for a while !)
Grovepaw smiled and pressed his head against his brothers as well now purring out of happiness that they were able to reunite for a while . He pulled his head back once ghostpaw backed up ,although something puzzled him the first emotion he picked out in ghostpaws eyes was regret ,why was that? His smile widened and nodded "and I you...Although I'm sorry I let this happen . But the good thing is I tried right?" he meowed with a tilt or his head ,you could tell he was upset that he died , somewhere inside himself he felt like he didn't do enough ,that he didn't do his best to protect riverclan and this seemed like enough proof to him that he didn't ,letting himself die. But he did try though. "is...i-is our home safe? Is mom , dad and pikepaw safe?" he asked now feeling like he could cry , he emedietly missed his entire family he didn't pay attention to that feeling at first , but with ghostpaw here...it all came crashing down on him, a tiny bit of star filled tears started to stream down his cheeks.

Ghostpaw looked at the ground at the mention of their home.He wanted to lie and say it was,but if the tales about Starclan was true,he would find out eventually."We got chased out.I promise we will take out home back though."He told his brother "I haven't talked to Mom and Dad,but I saw them in our temporary camp,so I know they are ok."He said.He didn't want to say anything about Pikepaw. She was the reason Grovepaw was even here.Ghostpaw looked away, pretending to look around, but really he just didn't want to meet his brothers eyes.Maybe he wouldn't notice he didn't mention Pikepaw.
