Default ~Tribe of the deep~

Tribe of the deep

Introduction
Shadows lurked around you, wrapping the tall seaweed in an inky blur, and obscuring the ground in front of you from sight.Of course, it was always like this anyway. One shining ball hung high in the sky, shedding a bit of light on the water. Yet the moonlight could not penetrate the waves to reach the depths. Yet, hadn't you just seen a bling if light, behind that over-grown seaweed cluster? Your paws carry you carefully over to said cluster, and you peer behind it to find...nothing. Just an odd, musky scent. With an uneasy flick of your tail, you back away from the cluster, as if it is radiating fumes. An unknown fear rises in your throat, and you dart off, weaving through the dense, lush corals and huge plants the layered the ground. More lights! A neon light blinks in again to the side of you, then on your other side, and had one just appeared then disappeared behind you? Letting out a yowl in the fear of the strange lights, you swim faster, in blind panic. In front of you! A pattern of lights come into existence a dozen tail-lengths in front of you, and then go out suddenly. Before you could faint, a heavy weight lands on your back, and sharp needles dig into your ribs. Letting out a yowl of surprise, you sink to the ground, to see a lean she-cat floating over you. It was hard to tell the color of her fur in the darkness, but the pattern of her fur wasn't exactly your greatest concern at the moment. A bright white light blares from her back and forehead. As you squint your eyes, you hear a strong voice emitted from the she-cat, a black and orange tortoiseshell. "What brings you here, wanderer?" she thunders in a tinted accent, her eyes narrowed. Nearly shaking, you quickly explain that you were only passing through, in search of an area to settle down. She seems unimpressed by your answer, she gets off of you. You struggle to reain your idle swimming stance, and feel fur prickling. More cats were around, waiting in the seaweed or in the dense coral. The air of authority around the cat made you know that she commanded every one of them. That didn't exactly comfort you. Your attention is directed as she growls. "You have one of two options, leave, and never be seen here again, or join us. Our ranks are in need of replenishing." Your claws dig into the empty water in nervousness. These cats were interesting, no doubt, but intimidating. You craved to know more. Giving a silent nod, you swim toward her, bowing your head. Seemingly content, the dark cat gave another blink of her strange body lights, and swam off into the trench, along with the cats that had joined her. You let in a deep breath and dove into the darkness, your tail disappearing into the thick reef with a flick.

Welcome
Welcome to the tribe of the deep! You are a large cat, born into the darkness of a body of water called Lucida Bay. Lucida Bay gives off its own light through a special trait that almost all the fauna and flora in the water have; a trait called bio-luminescence. Bio-luminescence is the production and emission of light. You have your own unique luminescence that makes you stand out, yet shows what you mean to the tribe. You're water is very dark and only through your light and the light of your ancestors in the Tribe of Rising Stars can you survive. Will your glow be bright enough to fight off the darkest corners of the depths? Or will you hunt to feed those you care for, keeping an eye out dangerous creatures? The choice is up to you. Be wary, be strong, and Thrive in the Dark.
(For a greater history of the tribe, go here to the tribe’s extra page for history and major cats.)

Rules and tribal code
1) Site Rules:
All sites rules apply, period. There are no exceptions. Please remember to practice these.
2) Spamming:
Please don't spam. You are allowed to post something like "____ come to ____" but that is it. Please no links to other RPs or coming in to chat randomly. There is a code you have to enter. The first word is We.
3) Kit-____:
No kit-stealing,-saving, rescuing, or anything of the sort. I know it's not that popular, but it's an old habit and I'm just doing it to make sure.
4) Realistic:
Please try to keep the RP real (or as real as you can in a fantasy RP). This means no powers, no god-modding, no power-playing, and no perfect characters. Everyone has a weakness. Also, if you have any questions based on the fantasy aspect, just ask, and I will try to answer to the best of my abilities. While this is a totally different universe than the most fanclans, I haven't quite fixed all the kinks. The second word of the code is Are.
5) Role-playing:
Try to be thorough in role-play. There is no set amount to how many words/sentences you have to do, but please do enough so the RP keeps moving. Please use proper grammar; no text speak. As stated, no power-playing or god-modding. It's annoying and rude. Also, please do not make the RP all about love. I've seen this happen before.
6) Activity:
Do not join and then never post. Try and post a minimum of five times a week or daily, especially if you have a high position cat (leader, healer, protector). If you do not post within two week, your name will be marked with a red check (✔). If you do not post within that week (an actual conversation), you will be deleted. I do not save deleted members/characters. If you wish to rejoin, you will have to post them again. You have three chances. If you rejoin a third time and still do not post, you will not be allowed to join again. Also, please let us know if you are going on a trip/will be away from the computer for a while. We do not want to mark or delete you by accident. The third word is The.
7) Respect:
Please be respectful to all members. Do not fight outside of RP and no swearing. Be nice to everyone. I understand if you get upset if something doesn't go your way but remember, this is only an RP, not real life. Have fun and doesn't take it too seriously. We want you to enjoy your time on here!
8) Characters:
Right now, I have no cap as to how many characters a member can have. However, create only as many that you can RP! Do not create a character and then only mention him once or twice and never really RP him. I will delete the character. Also, in order to keep the clan balanced, please start with at least two cats one of each gender. they do not have to be the same age but can be different (i.e.- A healer and a kit, a trainee and a fighter, etc.). Please make sure you read the Tribal traits before creating a cat! There are specific areas for marking depending on the position on the cat. There are other reasons to, but you have to read them. Also, please try to be as detailed as possible with your cat. The more details, the better! The final word is Luminecent.
9) Please!
Please look over everything before creating a character! Since this is a totally different world than normal, there are a few changes. For example, there are no humans underwater so kittypets don't exists. There is a glossary to explain some of the name changes. It is especially important you read these: World, Types of Cats, Tribal Traits, Glossary, and, of course, Rules. This is to avoid any confusion. If you have a question, please ask! I worked hard on this and want you to have a good time. This can only happen if everyone is on the same page. Thank you!
(*Please know that rules are up for change! I will let you know if I do change anything!)

1. Defend the tribe with your life. Having friends outside the tribe is fine! But remember where your loyalty is. (Mates can happen. Although very much frowned upon, kits are always welcomed.)
2. Only hunt on tribe territory. It provides us with enough to survive. You should have no reason to hunt outside the safety of the territory.
3. Prey is shared between all cats. When one eats, they share prey with someone else, switching them between the two. Trainees are to make sure that queens, elders, healers, and kits had been fed first before they can eat. (The second half is also followed by protectors but not really required.)
4. Prey is killed to be eaten. Hunt only what is needed. Thank the Tribe of Rising Stars for it's life.
5. Kits must become a trainee at 6 moons old.
6. To become a full member of the tribe, trainees must be assessed by the tribal leader. Mentors are to take no part. Someone else in their group will watch the trainees. (The tribal leader watches them all but has help from the other full cats participating to comment also.)
7. If a tribal leader dies without appointing a new leader in their place, they are chosen by the Tribe of Rising Stars or by the tribe.
8. Boundaries are to checked and marked. Challenge any trespassers.
9. No one may neglect any kit in pain. It doesn't matter the situation.
10. The tribal leader's word is law. Do not break it.
11. Fighters and Protectors need not kill to win a battle. Mourn any deaths should they occur.
12. Never reject those in need of help. If someone is dying or is in trouble, provide aid to them if possible. We are not heartless.
13. Healers can have kits only if their is another nursing queen in the nursery to help care for them.

World
The body of water(called Lucida Bay) has very few days when the sun falls on the water. This leads to an odd way of telling time. When the sun does shine on Lucida Bay, many things happen. The plants suddenly seem to shimmer and glow brighter. Animals that once always hid come out and bask in the sun. The water is very active then.
Since Lucida Bay is dark most of the year, the plants and animal have adapted by producing their own light. This is through bio-luminescence. Bio-luminescence is where organisms (in this case, all or most of the flora and fauna in the water) produce their own light. It is used to help the creature in the world to see and help ward off predators. For example, a Fighter will rapidly flash his or her bio-luminescence in order to scare away something. This is very useful and helpful. The water is not dark but not fully bright. Also, most of the plants are super sized. Everything is very large and big. It creates a perfect way to hunt and hide. The water also has a large magnetic field. This causes several of the plants to create an in tune pulse with the field to create almost a "heartbeat" in the water. The vines on the side of the trench cliff where the tribe's camp is, is a good example. The water is also quite warm, and it is believed to be because of the size of the plants. The water is strange but supports life easily. It is the water the Tribe of The Deep lives and thrives in. To see a greater list of animals and plants of Lucida Bay, go here on the Tribe of The Deep Extra Page.

Season and weather
Lucida Bay only has two seasons: a very warm summer with temperatures getting into the low 100s (highest ever being 126) and very chilly, windy winters with temperatures so cold it is said that the surface of the water once froze solid (as cold as -10). The cats have adapted for this dramatic shift by their fur quickly shedding and getting thicker. (Note: The Temperature is all in Fahrenheit)
Current Season: Time of Endless Freeze
Current Weather: Cold, about 25 degrees, with clouds and a slight breeze

Territory
The Tribe's territory is a large body of deep water. The seaweed are incredibly large. The floor is covered in different kinds of corals, sponges, and vines. The water is very lush with several different types of creatures in it. Prey is plentiful but so are the dangers. While most predators do stay out of the Tribe's territory since the space is so large, they do occasionally wander in and try to take part of the territory. Pets are also a common find in some areas. Since it is mostly dark all the time, the water is lit mostly by the moon and the bio-luminescent from the plants and animals. When the sun does shine, it is not incredibly bright because the seaweed does shade out the sunlight.

Landmarks
The Glowing Crystal- A crystal that is said to be the source of the cats glowing symbols. In the moonlight (which is pretty much all the time) it lets of a faint glow. It is safe to swim by, and is a popular place for fish.
Lush seaweed of Hidden - This is a small patch of lush seaweed, where ancient seaweed grows up to the surface. The ground is littered with all sorts of herbs and plants, which make it the ideal place to go for healers.
Barren Seaweed - Where some hunting it done. All seaweed in this patch are slender and pale. They are spread evenly apart, giving it an eerie appearance. It is said that in the day, the most that haunts its floor sucks up the remaining shards of night, and submerged itself in everlasting shadows. It resides at the side of the territory, and is avoided as much as possible. There are said to be creatures lurking...
Thick Trench - Bordering along the edge of the territory is a large trench. The area surrounding the trench is covered with thick, elephant sized leaves and large, curvy plants with thorns. The trench itself has large lily pads floating in it that can support even the largest of cats. The lily pads are touch sensitive so when they are touched, they light up in ripples. For most animals, it is hard to live here. However, swimmers have figured out the best ways through the thorn plants.
Star seaweed - On another corner of the territory where the Thick trench disappears beyond the territory, lies a large group of seaweed as tall as mountains. The seaweed are a deep, black in color with thick vines with bio-luminescent flecks dotting all over. One of the seaweed is twisted allowing for a cat to swim all the way up to the top and to disappear into the thick coral reef. This seaweed is called the Seaweed of Rising Stars. The new leader goes up the seaweed and spends the night there. Each experience for the leader is different. By morning, they will have become the new Tribal Leader.

Camp
On the most Northern edge of the territory lies a great scaling cliff. It is very hard, if not impossible to swim the almost sheer drop. The dark sand and rock is littered in holes and caverns that are too small for most predators. Plus, the edge is covered in thick, twitched, and slightly thorny vines. The vines are connected to the body of water's magnetic underground so the bio-luminescent pulses every once in a while creative a slight dizzying effect for large creatures that stare for long amounts of time. The vines, however, provide prefect coverage for the caves the tribe lives in. They cover the entrances to all over the dens. The dens are very well protected, and the cats can easily swim along the slight ledges. While difficult, it is the perfect place for the Tribe to survive: out of the plants and predators way.

Tribal Leader's Den - At the very top of the camp is a large den with a ledge overlooking the rest of the dens. The inside is very spacious with natural growing blue moss on the ground. There is a slight crack in the edge of the cavern. Since the den's ledge overlooks the whole camp, it is not uncommon to see the Tribal Leader or a protector floating up there to double check for danger.
Protectors' Den - To the right of the Tribal Leader's den and below it, is the Protectors den. It is large enough to fit several cats, but since Protectors are rare, there is usually plenty of space if the camp needs to hide higher up. There is also a ledge off to the right of the den where Fighters or Protectors can watch the camp from.
Hunters' Den - Almost directly below the Protectors' Den and the Tribal Leader's Den is the Hunters' den. The cave is mostly dark inside due to a bunch of rock that had fallen to the left side of the entrance. It is the third highest den and a very safe place to hide from predators should they enter the camp area.
Tribal swimmers' Den - The Tribal swimmers' Den is to the left of the Hunters' Den. It's got a narrower entrance than the other dens but opens up into a wide area covered in sand. The cave is deeper than the other dens and has several other ledges inside where cats can swim up and rest there. It is also very safe there to hide from predators since it goes back so deep. It is said that the whole tribe once fit in there when they were being attacked.
Fighters' Den - A large den with a large opening below and to the left of the Tribal swimmers' Den. The den is right above the Nursery so if a predator were to try and attack, they could easily swim down and fight. At the same time, the tunnel to the Nursery provides an excellent landing place for the Fighters to swim down onto should they need to quickly get down to fight.
Healers' Den - The Healers' Den is below the Hunters' Den and to the right, almost directly below the Protectors' Den. There is a large crack in the cliff next to the den. There is naturally growing blue and green moss all around the outside of the den and in the inside. The inside is almost divided into two parts. The first part is large but not very with scratched in dents in the ground where the herbs and other plants are put for easy retrieval. The cave then narrows a bit before re-widening into a much larger area. The cave bottom has naturally growing blue and green moss along. Unlike most of the other caves though, this one has stalagmites and stalactites that stretch top and bottom of the cave with small dips in between them for sick or injured cats to float in.
Trainees’ Den - The Trainees' Den is in between the Fighters' Den and the Healers' Den and below the Tribal swimmers' Den. The outside has lots of coral growing on the edges to create a more camouflaged appearance to the den. The inside has a sandy floor with clawed cave sides where the Trainees sharpen their claws. There are also small ledges on the inside where some of the Trainees can rest.
Elders' Den - The Elders' Den is not too far from the ground and below the Healers' Den. It has a small, sandy ledge right next to it on the left where the elders can float and rest in the moonlight and sunlight when there is some. There is a large plant cluster to the left of the den that tangles in the vines covering the entrance. The inside is smooth with no rough bumps or rocks on the ground.
Nursery - The Nursery is the only cave the touches the ground. However, there is very strong, thick stone that blocks the entrance to the cave. To get inside, you have to climb through a hole in the side of the stone to enter the cave. Just as a precautionary measure too, a plant cluster and several of the thorn plants from around the Thick trench are woven where the cave and the stone connect. It is very hard to attack since it is so well defended. The cave inside dips down the further you go in. The inside has large dips in the ground along with large ledges and other holes on the side of the cave (large enough to fit even the largest of queens with the largest of litters) that the queens and kits can easily fit in. The inside has plenty of space for kits to swim around and not disturb others.

Types of cats
- Cats with markings on their paws and along their tails are usually Tribe swimmers. Tribe Swimmers are the fastest cats in the tribe. Their job is to either deliver messages throughout the territory, hunt for items such as herbs, or new hunting grounds. They are very useful if help is quickly needed.
- Cats with markings on their paws, legs, and ears are usually Hunters. Their job is to hunt for the Tribe. These cats are usually small with barely glowing bio-luminescent. Some Hunters specialize in hunting certain types of prey but most try to hunt all.
- Cats with bio-luminescent on their backs and sides are usually fighters. These cats are usually the largest in the clan with the brightest glow to fend off predators. Tribe Fighters usually stick near the camp, patrol the borders, and fight in battles. They rarely go on hunting patrols or run errands.
- Cats that have markings around their ears, face, and muzzle and have a marking on their pelt in the shape of a leaf or herb are usually Healers. These cats rarely leave camp unless there is a badly hurt cat or herbs are needed to be found. Healers are also very close to the Tribe of Rising Stars. They usually lead death ceremonies and bring the stars to the dead cat.
- Cats with several markings all over are considered Protectors. Protectors do everything from fighting, to healing, to swimming, to hunting. Protectors can go on hunting patrols, run errands, and fight off predators. However, these cats are rare and usually tend to stick to one specialty such as swimming or hunting. Most of the time, a protector becomes the next Tribe Leader.
- Tribal Leaders are usually chosen not just from the Tribe of Rising Stars but also from the clan. Once the new leader is chosen (within one night if the previous Tribal Leader did not have time to choose a successor before death), they are to travel to the Seaweed of Rising Stars. When they return, they now have the markings of a leader which is a marking around the cat’s neck. Usually, the markings are a different color luminescent than the rest of the cats markings. When a leader returns, their name has been changed to "____ of the Night/Stars/Sky/Moon," For example, if a cat was named Fern that Hides Prey, when they become Tribal Leader, their name can be either "Fern of the Night," "Fern of the Stars," "Fern of the Sky," or "Fern of the Moon."
- On extremely rare occasions, a kit is born with markings around their neck. These marks symbolize that this kit is to be the next Tribal Leader. As soon as the kit is old enough, it is taken under the wing of the current Tribal Leader and taught everything he or she needs to know about being the next leader. If a kit like this is to be born, it usually symbolizes that the currently Tribal Leader's time is ending.

Tribal traits
- Cats can be between the sizes of 1.5 foot tall or 2.5 feet tall (larger than a husky). However, most cats are between 1.8 and 2.3 feet tall. If you wish to have a cat that is shorter or larger than most cats are, PM me please!
- Kits are born around 4-6 inches in size. They are at least 1.5 feet tall in one year. At two years old, they should be fully grown.
- Queens that are less than 2 ft tall can have between 1-4 kits. Queen larger than that can have up to 6. They cannot all be 6 inch kits.
- Cats are dark in color meaning they can be any of the following colors: black (jet, coal, etc.), dark grey, grey, dark brown, brown, very dark red, or tortoiseshell (mostly black with a bit or either orange, brown, or yellow). If you have a question about the color, check before just in case.
- Cats cannot be light colors because that would alert them too much to predators/prey and would counter act their bio-luminescence. Light colors include: tan, orange, white, light grey, light brown, pale grey, pale brown, orange, and cream (and any other light color). If you wish to do something plot wise, talk to me first, please.
- Every cat has bio-luminescence. Their bio-luminescence has its own color. It can be any of these colors: light blue, light green, light purple, blue, purple, red, any shade of color in between those colors (as in light aqua). The colors can also rarely be yellow, orange, or white. Once again, have a question, just ask!
- Cats can have pets (see below for a list of pets). These pets go with them and assist them in their duties. Not every cat has a pet. If you wish to have a rare pet, check with me first please!
- There is a list of ceremonies on the tribe’s extra page. If you wish to view it, click here!

Prey

Almjjra - A small fish that looks like a horned rabbitfish.
Arkani - A pufferfish like fish that can swim at extremely fast speeds, but are not that smart.
Avianlar - An extremely colorful and elegant fish that is about twice as long as a cat. It is known as "King of the fish" and rarely harm the cats.
Bahamut - A large fish that has long tendrils streaming from its body instead of scales. It is found in any running trench.
Gunpi - They are small, dull colored fish that nest just about anywhere: plant clusters, seaweed, the ground. They are very annoying and loud.
Hanpl - An average, common fish that is often bright and easy to see in the trench. They often have long fin.
Isorm - A fish/eel hybrid with the back end of eel and front of fish. It tastes a bit odd, and doesn't swim that well either.
Jalrie - A mammal that closely resembles a dolphin. They are much larger than cats, but can be caught by groups. If one is caught, a feast will be held. They have curling and intricate horns that are kept as souvenirs of honor by the ones who caught it.
Lentimus - Common minnows that have a long tail, and a glowing inside them that pulses with their heartbeat. Elder's takes say the eating ones heart will make your marks grow brighter, but it is only a tale.
Marisd - A small fish that can be found near the glowing crystal.

Predators
Alanguis - A type of small water dragon. Most are four feet tall, five wide and can blow gusts of water, swim, the whole thing. Most that pass through are friendly, and don't harm the cats, but there is an occasional one that may be bad tempered, and in that case are extremely dangerous. They are very smart and known to try and outsmart cats. However, they are uncommon.
Bashe - An extremely large serpent that can be as long and as thick as the seaweed in the Barren Seaweed. They are extremely dangerous, but rare and only found on the far cliffs.
Ganok - small shark-like creatures that are a bit smaller than cats. They can attack in groups, and are known for sneaking into camp and stealing kits.
Lornea - Claw-like things that rest in their small caves in the trench. They can grab on and pull cats in, often resulting in suffocation.
Melis - Large, brutish shark-like creatures that can be twice the size of a cat. They have abnormally large tusks, and a bad temper and are to be avoided.
Ornap - Snake-like creatures that travel alone. They are common, but no too dangerous.
Rapax - Carnivorous sharks that can overshadow the largest seaweed in the Hidden seaweed. They are known to eat up cats like they are fish. Report immediately if any are spotted.
Zrang - Flesh eating fish that travel in groups. They looks similar to a Hanpl, but have huge fangs underneath. They are okay to eat, but proven fatal if they catch a cat.
Pellums - A type of winged cat similar to the Ardere (the type of cats we are). However, the pellums are not just dark in color but brightly colored too. They are more rough looking with shorter fur and large canines that stick out of their jaws. They can grow to be at least 3 feet tall with a wingspans of 8 feet at max. They prey on almost everything smaller than them and rarely live in groups. The ones that do are incredible territorial. Another thing that separates them is the fact that they speak differently than the Ardere. Although some show limited intelligence, others are very smart. They are also very, very fierce and attack at times without cause. However, because of their bright colors, they tend to stick to the surface to avoid predators. They are incredible rare and actually, thought to be extinct since the last one was seen by the tribe several generations ago (at least 100+ years). It is thought that they both came from the same ancestors, but it is entirely unknown since no Ardere has been born with wings and no Pellum has been born without wings. The only similarity is a similar family dynamic for those living in groups and the unique markings and bio-luminescence they both possess. Pellums can have more than one color luminescence and different wing color.

Pets
Venenum - A very small type of frog between 1/2 and 1 inches. They are usually bright in color (red, orange, bright green or blue) with either yellow or white flecks or stripes bio-luminescent marks on their back. These frogs secrete a small poison that can either kill a cat or save them. Most of the time, the poison is used to counter act other poisons and save the cat. However, if too much is ingested, the cat will die. Venenums are usually companions to Healers, Protectors, and the occasional Tribe Swimmer.
Acutus - A 1/2 ft water-dwelling lizard with spikes along its legs, tail, and back. The spikes on the tail and back can be flung at enemies but take time to grow back. Actus are usually a shade of orange with either black or purple spike tips. They have no luminescent but are very popular and numerous. Acutus are usually pets to Fighters, Protectors, and Tribe Swimmers.
Volanti - A small, kit sized (3-6 inches) type of newt with very thin, bony fins. Newts are dark red, purple, or blue with white bio-luminescent on the fins to create a dizzy-ing affect. They swim almost like fish but prefer use their hands to paddle along. When being attacked, they will flip themselves upside down and act dead while rapidly flashing their bio-luminescent. If they are swimming, they will start spinning to make them confused. Volanti are usually pets to Tribe Swimmers and the occasional Healer.
Micro Dragons - A long, smooth serpent-like water-dwelling lizard (about 1/2 to 1 ft long) with a flowing mane that trails down their back (think something like a Chinese dragon). Dragons come in a variety of colors but mostly stick to deep red, dark blue, dark purple, forest green, and varying shades in between. Their bio-luminescent is usually the same colors as they are (brighter, of course) and is around their legs, face, and down their back and tail. They swim using small magnetic ripples through their scales and in the ground. It propels them around without needing fins. Their flight is smooth but it can be erratic if they sense danger or they are disturbed. These creatures are incredibly rare! There are only a few of them left. Micro Dragons do not have a specific type of owner. They can help anyone.
Iridis - A small, rodent like creature about 1-2 inches long. They are completely black with rainbow bio-luminescence. It starts off with red at the top of its ears and slowly fades through the different colors until it ends on violet on the tip of its tail. The creature looks similar to a mouse but they have six legs instead of four. Plus, a reason cats do not hunt these creatures is because they have a very bitter taste and make cats very sick. They have a small amount of poison running through their bloodstream to stop predators from hunting them. These creatures don't do much. They are mostly used for companionship. However, they are great at helping to care for kits and cleaning dens. They have a strong, protective instinct, and even if the baby is not theirs, they will help care for it and protect it. They are surprisingly common.
Klimbers - Creatures that look like ferrets or weasel, except smaller. They have extremely long tails, huge eyes, and intricate calling systems for danger. Klimbers are very social and live in community, so they fit in well with tribe life. They are half the size of full grown cats, but are surprisingly very light so they can be on shoulders and backs. Their tail is nearly the length of their bodies, and sometimes can grow up to double the size of their bodies. Klimbers are omnivores and eat small fish and lots of plants. The creature has bioluminescence that glow based on their mood, their health, and if they ate recently. Their feet are long and creepy, but are flexible and can easily grasp and tie things. They are very cautious creatures, and are always on the lookout for danger. Klimbers come in dark colors, just like the tribe cats.

Herb list
Auio - Small, dark blue berries that grow in plant clusters in the Hidden Seawed. They can be used to help stomachaches, and clam kits with its sweet taste. Nigrum can often be mistaken for Auio.
Pedesua (ped - ee - SUE - ah ) - A plasma-y poultice that works as a moisturizer for cracked pads, noses and can be eaten to restore fur luster. It grows from the sides of seaweed, and comes in paw-sized pods.
Gutturaux (gut-AR-awx) - A watery plant that is found floating above the Glowing crystal. It looks like a lily pad but red, and in a ragged shape. When crushed, releases a minty liquid that can be used to cure sore or dry throats.
Lapius - A common, small, weedy, yellow plant which lines the Glowing Crystal or other downward land. It can be chewed to a pulp and to be put in minor cuts, and is helpful in curing fevers in kits and elders.
Uraborig (ur-AH-bow-rig) - A stiff, dry, long plant that is almost like wood, except more fragile. It is found in the Barren Seaweed, growing close to the seaweed. It's used to keep broken or spraining links in place. Also a good building material.
Tessis - A spongy, bright yellow plant that layers the trees of the Lush
Seaweed of Hidden. It helps minor irritations, such as cough, runny nose, and sniffling.
Luna Sanaa (Moon Blossom) - A special plant known for its healing powers. It is a dark blue flower that reveals itself only in moonlight, and hides for the few hours of daylight. It's known to cure most severe disease, but is rare, and only grows in the edges of the territory at the sides of the cliffs. It can live through rough conditions.
Magnus - A bright, blue coral which is found in various coral reefs around the territory. It can be used to calm and sooth, dull pain, and assist queens in birthing and increasing the flow of milk.
Sol Ruptis (Sun Burst) - The opposite of the Luna Sanaa, this is a bright, orange coral that can sometimes be found in the lush reefs of the territory. It stands high above the rest, and has intricate furling limbs, that are as wide as a cats head. Not many grow, but they can be used to heal infected wounds, cuts, and all other physical scratches. It only can be used in daylight, only appears in daylight, and is extremely rare.
Suffa - White, cottony plants which sprout green and grow multiple bunches of the Suffa. It can be found on the edges of the Barren Seaweed. It is not to be eaten, used to stop bleeding. Also, it's very strong, and can also be used to bind Uraborig
Nigrum - Black berries that haunt the seaweed forests, let off a delightful scent. They are poisonous when eaten, and the effects are not visible until about an hour later, and by them it is too late. Avoided at all cost. Clusters found should be uprooted. They spread and grow quickly. The scent has an enchanting effect, making one compelled to have a berry if submerged in the scent for too long.
Rubit - Waxy, circular leaves that grow on common vines, normally found on cliffs. These are eaten to give or restore strength to a cat, though they are intensely bitter and can sometimes even give a stomachache, especially if too much is eaten.
Stasir - A small, light-hating plant with a very thick stem and boxy leaves. The leaves have a bluish sheen to them and are either eaten for endurance or chewed and placed on a wound to prevent infection.
Duriel - A tiny, blood-red coral with a strong, heady scent and taste. The whole coral, including roots, can be used to put cats to sleep. Large doses are often used to knock a cat out for medical procedures or if they are in extreme pain.
