Death RP question
are you allowed to stop a death RP midway through?

Of course! If it's agreed upon by both rpers and the death hasn't been carried out yet, then it's safe to assume that the death would not have happened!

Yes, you can decide to not kill of a character at any point, as long as the death has not actually occurred. The character should retain any injuries they obtained in that roleplay but we do not force you to follow-through beyond that.
One thing to keep in mind: if you start a death RP, you cannot use that character in RPs based in the present or future (unless they're dead.) Their death-day chronologically would be the day the RP started, regardless of how long the RP takes, so having them appear alive and well after that would not make sense.

Like BEAR and Randomackermann said, you are always welcome to cancel a death rp. (It only really makes sense if you do so before the death actually happens, or it may raise some eyebrows.
I'm sure the only rule really against it is that you can't roleplay with said dead character in Shadowclan, Thunderclan, Riverclan, Windclan and Outsiders or kittypet threads or threads where the character is living after the death has taken place. I'm sure they allow backstories to be roleplayed out in such a dream kind of way. But as long as the death roleplay has been fully cancelled and the character is currently living, it's 100% fine!
Basically, the answer is yes. You can as long as the character's death has not already been roleplayed out.
