continues to ignore my other characters in favor of shademoss

So, I decided to give Shademoss a mate, but with some added ~drama~. So, why not make it a ThunderClan cat?

The plot begins during a gathering. Shademoss is walking through the crowd when he notices an attractive cat (shade is bi so either gender). Even though they smell of ThunderClan, Shademoss walks over to Cat A and starts chatting with them. Cat A is suspicious at first, but slowly warms up to Shademoss. The gathering ends and the two part ways, promising to meet up again at the next gathering. As Shademoss leaves however, another ShadowClan cat approaches him and warns him not to talk to ThunderClan cats. Cat B says they won’t report Shademoss this time, but if they see him talking to a ThunderClan cat again they will.

A week or two pass, and while hunting near the border Shademoss bumps into Cat A again. They realize they have feelings for each other and agree to meet again before the gathering. They begin to meet up on the outskirts every other night, growing closer and closer.

At one of their meetings, Cat B suddenly shows up and reveals they’ve been watching the two the whole time, and threatens Shademoss to do something about Cat A before he tells Dawnstar or Vulturefang. Shademoss panics and runs away with Cat A, hiding further in the outskirts. They discuss what to do, and Shademoss convinces Cat A to try and join ShadowClan. (Or the other way around, if it opens up.)

From here it could go a couple ways: one gets accepted into the other’s clan and they live happily together, or they stay apart and try to move on to other cats in their own clan.

You could still have Echoshine as the ShadowClan cat, if you’re interested. Maybe she’s jealous of the ThunderClan cat and wants Shade all to herself?
