Leopardjaw's sinewy shoulders rippled in surprise as - rather suddenly - a force dropped onto her back from above. Uttering a low, guttural growl, she craned her head over her shoulder and snapped her dog-like jaws at the gray she-cat's muzzle, therefore causing her to release the grasp she had on Russet Runt's forepaw. A spark of fury ignited from within her, deteriorating any remains of jubilation or amusement she had once possessed just a moment ago. Well, damn, now I'm outnumbered! Pulling backward, she constricted her slashed yellow eyes to shoot daggers at the three - yes, three, much to her surprise- cats who had surrounded her. "Now, how about we just allow for a one-on-one spar, eh? I won't hurt the Russet Runt, I promise. Deal?"

“You kits should let a warrior do the fighting, this cat looks dangerous,” Riverwood told the apprentices in the tone of a leader with caring, kind, and still serious eyes.

She growled, and took side of Hazelpaw barely touching the pelt of Hazelpaw, she looked over at the cat that had also defended them, she wondered if they were really on there side they weren't kits! And someone needed to know that! Then she spoke to the warrior her eyes blazing. OK. Oh great warrior I shall listen to you, oh- wait are you my mentor? I forgot I was a kit... Or no! Relaxing the posture of hers that seemingly convulsed with fury back on her haunches, Leopardjaw had to squinch her lips to keep from coughing up a hairball on these runts' - she didn't care what their preferences for nicknames were - faces. "Leave?" she scoffed. "Moron, I live here - I was executed recently by Twilightstar of WindCu-Clan." Then, under her breath, the brawny cashmere added: "What a bunch of idiots." The she-warrior's tapering claws flexed in and out from their sheathes as she stared down this trio of boneheads.
