Tigerdawn glanced at the sky. "Hunting." She meowed, answering Kiwituft's question before turning to Cherrypaw. "I'd think so." Tigerdawn sighed. "I've been sleeping for most of the day… So I may have missed meeting and stuff… Anyways, i'm ready when you guys are." The warrior sat down. Maybe we could try the WinClan border… She thought.

The white tom spotted his mother and sister slip into the medicine cat den, his own curiosity to go see the inside of the den bubbled inside of him, but he hesitated, he knew better. One by one he watched his brothers and sisters pile into the den that stunk of herbs, and finally his paws started moving, dragging him in the direction of the den, in the direction of his family. The kit knew that his mother didn't really like them, she barely hung around them, and whenever she was around him and his siblings she always had a snarl in her face and hatred and annoyance in her eyes. Stonekit slunk into the den and sat himself down right next to his mother, looking up at Hernandez for a few seconds before he returned his attention back to where her own blue gaze was fixated. The Tokinese feline wrapped his tail around his paws and sat perfectly still, the perfect posture, he learned at a younger age that if he took one step out of line his mother would snap at not only him, but his siblings, and he didn't really want that, especially since they were visiting their uncle. After a few seconds passed the young tom looked up at his mother, remembering just how alike they looked, and cocked his head to the side "Mommy...what are we doing here?" he asked as politely as possible, his tail tip flicked back and fourth as he awaited and answer. "You're not sick are you mommy? If you are I can make it better." he stated, hoping that Raincloud really wasn't sick.

Stormstripe purred slightly with amusement. "Come to think of it, I don't know what I usually do. Before I joined the clans...well, I can't really remember what I did in my spare time, as I always had spare time." she paused, thinking. "And seeing as I was expecting when I joined ThunderClan, I made my den in the nursery, where I don't really do much. I can't really do much with this,"she meowed, indicating at her swollen belly. "Sometimes, it kind of annoys me that I can't do anything. But as soon as these kits will be old enough to eat fresh-kill, I'll start hunting, especially on trees. I love climbing. That's also partially why I wanted to join ThunderClan, because of all the trees."

They weren’t pleasant times, despite the fun she’d have playing in the snow. “Oh yes, I remember doing that as a kit,” Honeyvenom said, whiskers twitching in amusement. “It was fun in and amongst the fallen leaves and snow, until I caught a cold that is.”

“Well had I been awake at the time then I would’ve left straight away. And yet you don’t seem to understand that I’m not aware of what’s happening around me while I’m dreaming,” Everpaw said flatly. Slowly, the she-cat was losing the snarky tone. It wasn’t because she was giving up, she was simply growing tired of this problem. She had better things to do than be insulted by a stupid tom. The calico strongly believed that everything the tom said was wrong, and so she was growing tired of having to listen to him. His responses seemed to lower her mood, as most cats didn’t respond in this kind of way. She didn’t like it when this happened and she had the tendency to have a different response of her own. Only occasionally did Everpaw have this kind of a response to this kind of situation, and apparently, this was one of those times. "Well at least we can both be happy when we’re residing in different places,” The apprentice said coldly. The she-cat wasn’t scared or intimidated by the thought of dying. She was daring and determined after all. At his next words, Everpaw stayed quiet. She was getting sick of this. She was angry that the tom had completely ignored her angry remarks. She found it extremely rude how he didn’t acknowledge that his nosiness disturbed her and bothered her. It just wasn’t right. “Don’t you get it? It is rude to stick your nose into the business of others and poke them about it. It is rude to think that insulting me is funny. I may not care much for the feelings of others, but at least I don’t intrude on their private business. But I guess you wouldn’t understand. You don’t see things the way that I do,” Everpaw said, narrowing her eyes. He didn’t understand her, and so she would just have to put up with that. She would have to deal with it like she had with all the other cats who didn’t see things the way she did. Her secret fear of falling in love meant that she was also reluctant to make friends. Even if it was just a friendship, she knew that that could hurt her just as much as love could. She had to be careful with who she made friends with. She couldn’t afford to choose a cat who would later leave her to be alone. No one knew of her fear of friendship and love. Everyone just thought she despised love. And she was happy to keep it that way. "You're wrong about that. Do you ever see Snowstar arguing with the other leaders at the gathering? No. Because even though she isn't their friend, and while she may not like them all, she still strives to respect them enough to not intrude on their private business and be rude!" Everpaw meowed. She wasn't very good at this kind of stuff, since she barely socialised, but she knew enough. "Finally…. Yeah thanks, I’ll be on my way now,” Everpaw said, letting out a loud sigh of relief and acting as if the tom wasn’t there. She was glad that she could finally get away and do something productive. She whipped around and bounded off happily in the direction of the camp entrance. “Thank StarClan I can finally get away from that loser,” She muttered, letting a small broaden on her maw as she left the camp.
Owlstone nodded," there's less prey on the fresh kill pile I've noticed and it seems the two legs are expanding the thunderpath. And yes I loved chasing leaves a kit." She meowed.

Cherrypaw looked toward her mentor, "Has Snowstar said anything about the lack of prey," she asked Tigerdawn hopefully. Maybe her mentor had heard of their leader suggesting different places in the territory to hunt, or to look out for specific prey.

Kiwituft listened, not for the first time wishing that she had an apprentice of her own, but was still a fairly young warrior, and she had to be patient. After all, there was plenty of time for that. She smiled and nodded. “Hunting sounds great!” the large calico purred, green eye flashing as he stopped beside the exit to camp, feeling the familiar ground beneath her paws. Once, it and been so alien to her, but now, she couldn't imagine ever wanting to leave ThunderClan. “I was out on dawn patrol and stayed behind to be alone for a bit, so I missed anything as well,” Kiwituft added, looking over her shoulder at the other two. “I'm ready. You, Cherrypaw?”

The warm rays of the sun reflected off of his sleek dark amber fur, making his tiger-like stripes stand out in contrast. A lazy yawn parted his jaws and he licked his chops, wondering if he should find something to eat or not. He didn't know where his friends were, but he figured they must be busy. Usually, the tight-knit friend group spent every spare moment together, but apprentice duties kept them all busy. All except for Aspenkit, who was a moon younger than the rest of them. Her apprentice ceremony was coming, though, and she'd have her seven friends to welcome her into the apprentice's den.

A buzzing by his ear made Flashpaw flick it and he opened a single sun-colored eye to cast a bored glance around the clearing. The bengal was about to close his eye once more, but he caught a shifting in the shadows. Lifting his head with interest, Flashpaw could make out the form of Breezepaw, recognizing the lighter marbled pelt of his brother. What's he up to? Flashpaw wondered, following the other apprentice with his eyes. A quiet purr of amusement rumbled in the young tom's chest as he watched Breezepaw duck under a bush, tail sticking out. It was just too tantalizing to resist. A smirk on his face, Flashpaw fluidly rose to his paws, slipping into the shadows around the edges of the camp. Like his brother, he had a tic that showed when he was up to something. Instead of waving his tail, however, he flicked the tip of it. Actually, the tic wasn't a very useful for determining what Flashpaw was up to, since he flicked his tail tip when he was doing just about anything.

The bengal prowled through the shadows, almost resembling his namesake. Being a new apprentice, his muscles were still on the smaller side, as was his technique. However, Flashpaw had a natural talent. This tended to make him lazy and get him into trouble during training, but it made sneaking up on his friends more fun. As Flashpaw neared the bush, he sank into a flawed but suitable hunting crouch. Mischief shone in his eyes as he sneaked forward and leapt! He was flying through the air, sheathed paws aimed at his brothers tail as it stuck out of the bush.

Oh, and in case you weren't aware, a lot means a lot. She cares a lot about the ways she looks. If I don't groom myself well enough, I won't be ready for my warrior ceremony! And if I'm not ready for that... Aspenkit's thoughts whirled around in her head. Making it difficult for her to groom herself at the precise manner she always did. "Curse my thoughts!" she growled out loud, shaking herself with such intensity her mind cleared. Now she could focus on one thing. She could focus on grooming. The thing she should be doing at the moment. Obviously! The molly couldn't understand why cats didn't take time grooming. It was important to look your best! Everyone should! Even as a kit, when kits didn't protest if their fur was licked the wrong way, Aspenkit had. She had thrashed around like crazy, trying to get away from the very annoying thing that kept moving her fur the wrong way. It had been very annoying. At least now she could groom herself so no one else had to do it for her. Oh, and then there was another thought. Apprentices got very dirty didn't they? That was bad! What if she got too dirty? That was terrible!

But then, you could always look on the bright side. Her friends, Breezepaw, Pumpkinpaw, Shellpaw, Featherpaw, Flashpaw, and Wolfpaw had been her friends through kithood. But since she was a moon younger than them, she had been separated kind of. Of course in only a moon she would be with them, which was very fun. All the trouble they would cause... playing together like old times! It would be old times.. but in the new times.. if that made sense. It did kind of to Aspenkit, as she was the one who was thinking about it. Swinging her gaze around as she thought, her foresty hues caught on to familiar figures. Breezepaw and Flashpaw. She had been thinking about them, and there they were!

By the looks of it causing trouble to. Great! she instantly stopped grooming. To Aspenkit, troublemaking was better than grooming. Yes, better. Of course you needed to be clean to stir up trouble, but she had half groomed herself and that was perfectly fine for her. She was bubbling with excitment. Seeing Flashpaw pounce, Aspenkit smirked. In a second she was behind him, and was leaping on top of the tom.

The familiar, agile build of Pumpkinpaw could be seen basking in the warm pools of daylight just in the central area of the clearing. Her fiery-orange pelt was illuminated to that of a bright amber underneath the golden rays, which made the she-cat stand out more than she particularly wished for. Her eyes were shut, or even closed partly, merely to avoid the sheer brilliance of the sunny day, with thick lashes almost covering the entirety of her view. She was extremely relaxed, as evident by the slight smile upon her face, and her calm and collected demeanour. Not a single muscle on her body was poised, with auds flicking lazily, and her banner fluctuating across the loose soil below it.

Shallow breaths climbed out from her frame, all following each other out like it was a game of 'follow the leader'. With this, a frequent rising and falling of her chest could be viewed, and a faint rumbling of purrs played out from her vocal chords. The female was, quite simply, enjoying her small sunbathing session.
However short it lasted.

Taking a hesitant inhale of crisp, fresh air, Pumpkinpaw forced her lids to part. Stormy green pools observed what remnants of clan-life there was before her. The usual mewling of kits as they tumbled about around the paws of older, more experienced felines. Soft raspings of tongues against fur, and quiet, yet heart-felt chuckles. These were only a few things that she could view, just before the movements of other cats swamped her attention.

Ahh, the crew seemed to be at it again. Breezepaw and Flashpaw were obviously up to no good, with Aspenkit joining in on the fun a couple of moments after. No one else seemed to catch the ginger she-cat's sight, and so, she raised herself onto all-fours and swayed over towards the trio. A heavy sigh emitted from her lips, whilst her immediate reaction was to ensconce herself onto the grit-like terrain once more. Which, in fact, did happen. She then continued to watch her friends, whilst adding a few giggles here and there in reaction.

Coming out of a shadows, he scan the camp. Locking on any that could be a trick, but took little interest. He sigh in disappointment, closing his eyes for a brief moment. Opening them, Wolfpaw stretched. It's nothing to do, nothing fun at least. He was the largest in the group, even with being close to their age or even their age. He stuck to his name, but that was what he feared.

Wolfpaw shivered at the thought, putting on a fake smile and discarding any emotion in his eyes, padding to the fresh-kill. He grabbed a vole, chewing slowly and watched his friends. He'll join in sooner or later, mostly out of his boredom. Unsheathing his claws, he dug them into the earth and brought dirt up. His bushy tail lashed, almost floating away from the world and into thoughts.

I wonder when training, hopefully Flashpaw got some good tricks this time. Guess I'll be stuck with ticks and bedding, I mean I don't like it but I don't exactly dislike it. The stories are good, as long they aren't too boring or I already heard them.

He soon was back in the world, blinking to see a warrior looking at him. Had he did something wrong. Seeing he had flung some dirt at a warrior while he was thinking, Wolfpaw dipped his head in respect. " Sorry, I zoomed out and didn't mean to fling any dirt at you," He said. The warrior nodded before walking away.

A dark, blue-grey shape slipped into the camp, green eyes narrowed and tail tip twitching. They turned their head and scanned the clearing, amused to see Flashpaw and Breezepaw messing around with Aspenkit. Pumpkinpaw seemed to be watching them. This blue-grey cat, Bluepaw, named for his rare coat colour, looked around for his other friends.

He noticed Wolfpaw nearby and frowned thoughtfully. He could go join in the tussle with Flashpaw, Breezepaw and Aspenkit; go and watch with Pumpkinpaw; or go up to Wolfpaw. Bluepaw had just come back from a failed hunting mission and didn't feel much like talking to or fighting with anyone, even if it was just play. Still sour about the fat mouse that had just barely evaded his claws, the apprentice began to pad across the clearing to his friends.

He settled down beside Pumpkinpaw, wrapping his silver-tipped tail his paws, green eyes narrowing slightly against the gentle breeze flowing through the camp. He glanced over at his friend and meowed, "Have they been at it for long?" The sturdy tom's calm emerald eyes followed his clanmates as they tussled, apprentices and kit. He allowed himself a small smile as he remembered just why his loved his Clan.

He may not be the best at stalking or creeping around, but Breezepaw sure did have exceptional ears. Ears that constantly flicked around, gathering up every little piece of information and listening in on every conversation. And his amazing memory worked well with his great hearing, he was able to remember it all. From the tiniest detail, to the most intricate story. But that was not all Breezepaw's eas were good for. When you had a brother like Flashpaw, you needed good ears. To avoid him that is.
And that is exactly what Breezepaw was doing. As he was scanning for trouble to cause, he heard pawsteps behind him. They were faint and light, but as they got closer, Breezepaw recognized the stealthy gait of his brother. He continued what he was doing, seeming like he hadn't noticed Flashpaw at all. The pawsteps came closer, and closer... "3, 2, 1." Breezepaw ducked, feeling the rush of air as his brother sailed over his head.
Smirking, Breezepaw sat up once more, his dark hues glittering with pleasure at the fact that he had just outsmarted his brother. "Haha and that's now one for--" Breezepaw was knocked in the head as yet another cat had pounced towards him, yet this once succeeding. Breezepaw had been so focused on his brother's pawsteps that he hadn't heard Aspenkit come up. Which was a big mistake on his part, as he had just gotten smacked in the head and knocked to the ground due to her. Breezepaw lay on the ground, his vision blurry and unfocused. "How about 25 out of 30?" He meowed, shaking his head to clear it as he sat up, rubbing a paw on the side of his head where it had hit the ground. "Sound fair?"

As Flashpaw stalked towards his brother, he had no idea that the other tom knew he was coming. The bengal was confident in his stealth attack, having always been talented in the art of surprise. Unfortunately, Breezepaw was used to his attacks and managed to dodge. Flashpaw leaped, but Breezepaw ducked and the apprentices went flying over his brother's head, tumbling into the bush. Not a moment later, Flashpaw was on his paws, twisting agilely to face his brother with a mischievous glint still sparkling in his eyes. His failure had done nothing to dampen his mood and the tiger-like cat crouched again. As he was facing Breezepaw, he caught sight of Aspenkit before she leapt, but the tom kept his golden eyes squarely on his brother so as not to give her away.

"Ha!" Flashpaw crowed with a triumphant wave of his tail as Breezepaw's gloating was cut off by the form of Aspenkit landing atop him. "Nice one, Aspenkit!" Flashpaw purred with amusement, giving her a nod in greeting. His golden orbs focused on his brother once more as the other tom spoke, shaking his head and sitting up. "Sounds good to me!" Flashpaw growled playfully, using Breezepaw's disorientation to leap again.

Maybe he should get his father to the medicine cat den, to get something for his throat, or something. He knew he couldn't stop age, however much he didn't want his father to die, it was going to happen. And that's what scared him to bits. He was the only parental figure he had left. He always was the only one who he sought for advice in his apprentice years. And now, his father's health was declining, and it upset him, a lot. And the only way he knew how to stop it was to get him to the medicine cat den. Something like that. He didn't know another way, really. Maybe, the worry over shadowed his sense in some way, which was probably the case. "I hope so," Leafwatcher replied, tail twitching, his brow furrowed as he heard his father's comment. "I wouldn't give up being a warrior, I really don't have a reason to." He wouldn't want to anyways. Things were happening. Tensions were raising with WindClan, and a battle could be on the way. And many cats would get hurt. And he didn't want cats to get hurt. Leafwatcher wasn't exactly happy about battle. He'd rather have peace. And he wasn't to thrilled on his maybe first battle. The other reason why he wanted his father to go to the elders den, besides his health. His father going into a battle, and perhaps, dying. His mother already died protecting him. He didn't want his father to have the same fate.
