Questions on crafting and gathering
Could a cat gather sugar? I know it's a weird question. I don't care if it's clumps or grains, would it be allowed?
What kind of things can you make with Silk Spinner? Collars, fabrics, twine, etc.? Or plates, poison claws, spark generators, etc.? Or both?

Im not sure about the first one but I might have an answer for the second one. I am pretty sure you could make anything you can find in the wilderness. Like a harness weaved from grass or a basket made of leaves.

Closest thing that would be like sugar and found in the wild [not inculding honey] would be sugar beets. The only problem is they are native to and primarily grown in Europe. Unless you can think of another source I don't think it would work

Just checked, sugar can be extracted from honey by cooling it. Thanks!

realistically, cats would not be able to gather sugar truly from any type of source as its a product processed by humans, and this includes trying to process it from cooling honey. So in short, unfortunately no.
