Bumblestar has a pretty solid idea of RiverClan's current state, and she knows it's not good. She's ordered her Clan to keep their paws off to give them a little time following the raid, but she's also looking for more ThunderClan forces and fresh blood to liven things up a little and give them a little more power when it comes to fights.

At the ongoing Gathering, Bumblestar will finish off her announcements with an offer - RiverClan cats (or cats from other Clans, but mostly RiverClan) dissatisfied with the state of their home are welcome to meet her at Seastones immediately following the Gathering. They'll be given a place in ThunderClan to better themselves and achieve stability if they want it, following a set of conditions that will be outlined at their meeting. They will not be forced. If after hearing the conditions they decide the move isn't for them, that won't be held against them. If they take her up on it, however, and later decide to betray ThunderClan, Bumblestar will deal with them herself.

If you or your character are interested, drop their name, their rank, and their Clan here. Following the Gathering, you'll be pinged in the Seastones thread to get the conversation going.
