I think you can do the same thing you do to change the name of links, the little earth that says Insert Link, and you can use it in ur signature.

Figured it out.
1. Find photo link (no saved files allowed)
2. Insert image in advanced chat thingy.
3. Enter link
4. Do a thing with the image
Example: mah sig.

Keep asking but don't sound too annoying. Do loads and loads of research and write it down then make it into a little presentation in front of your parents to say "hey, I know all this stuff, I think I can be responsible and take care of one!" And tell them you'll pay with your pocket money/ your money.
