You pay 100,000 kk for a power card, although you need to have 107,500 to make the transaction because of tax. You can then use it to give your character a reasonable power. Some of the ones I know of include seeing emotions as flashes of color and being able to remember traumatic events that have happened in a given place. @Hazelfrost
