"I already said no!" Lionstar growled at Goosepaw, fur bristling at his audacity. No was a full sentence! No meant no. "Go back to camp."

He glanced over at Jerkboob with a mild disinterest. "Drag the coyote corpse back to camp." The more he thought about it, the more he liked the idea of eating it and keeping its skull as a trophy.

"Let's go, Halfstone." Lionstar didn't wait-- already heading for the camp entrance.

The warrior turned to look at the Apprentice that was calling his name. He listened as the Tom rambled on, a serious expression plastered on his face, brows furrowed together. Blood was still caked on his maw, his ear was bleeding, and so was his side. Sticky with blood. The blue grey tom leaned down so he was eye level with Goosepaw “You can try and apologize to me again when you learn what Respect means.” he growled. Lashing his tail the Tom turned his apprentice back to the Leader.

Serious expression replaced with a slight upward twitch of his lips Gentlethunder stuck his tongue out at the leader as he was given a warrior. “I’m taking a tooth.” he called as he walked off. Blue eyes than turned to the carcas Of the dog they managed to kill and with a huff he lightly trotted over to it. Giving it a good kick for safety before wiggling beneath it and hoisting it up. Paws dragging on the ground by his sides, throat resting against the Callibys head. He began his trek home.

Goosepaw's brows furrowed together as he watched Gentlethunder practically pick him apart on the spot. As the warrior growled and turned away, he sighed through his nose and lifted a paw to wipe coyote blood from his muzzle. Fine. That was fine. Honestly, it was the reaction he'd been expecting.
He'd hoped to at least help carry the coyote's body back, but it seemed that was also out of the question, so he turned back to Wormbite. "Hey," he said, nudging his friend. "I think we're all going back to camp. Can you walk, or do you want to lean on me?"

He blink. When did Lionstar pop up close to them? What was even rambling about..? Wormbite was pretty sure Goosepaw was the same age as them. It was impossible for a newborn to have a newborn. So, he would just simply nod-- letting Lionstar's words go in one ear and out the other. He realized he still had his paw on Goosepaw's head. Goose's head felt like a goose's head if he knew what a goose's head felt like.

He stood up, wobbling in his stance. The blood had stopped-- at least it wasn't gushing anymore. Yay.. Wormbite's ear swivel to the sound of Goosepaw's voice. "No. I would not be okay with it, " He mew-- though he seemed like he would be perfectly fine without Goosepaw's help. It was more that Goosepaw needed Goosepaw's help. (His head was hurting now, so many gooses).

He was surprised by Gentlethunder's praise, even if it was most likely to get back at Goosepaw. "Thank you, " Wormbite replied. He would take it. While the two cats would talk, the warrior would just nod blankly along in complete utter confusion. He was tired. To his relief, it seemed like they were all done talking. Yay! "I can walk, I'll just.. be a little behind, " He mew-- and followed behind Goosepaw once he was ready to head to camp.

Brightwhisker felt a triumphant flicker of pride as he wobbily got back on his paws to start the trek home on slow steps. However, he wasn't alone long before the soft pelt of Dawncloud came up beside him. She looked tired, ragged from the fighting with a limp tail.

"Lets get home." she murmured.

"Yeah, we did good."

"We did. Windclan has a home to return to." the she-cat agreed.

Otterstone’s heart was pounding.

That coyote was meaning to attack her. If Gentlethunder hadn’t been faster, she would probably be dead.

Who couldn’t walk... Emberfang, Quialsnap, and Mothdusk.

The tall she cat first picked up the smallest of the three, Mothdusk. Brought her back to camp, and then dragged Emberfang, careful of his wounded leg.

Tired, she cane back for Quailsnap. “Can you walk at all? You can get all the support you need from me.”

And if he could, she was his support, when he couldn’t walk, she half dragged half carried him.

The rest of her patients she helped to the medicine den, and stayed in camp herself.

Rainsplash looked at Lightstreak, pain in those icy-blue eyes. He nodded before lipping towards the injured cats the medicine cats had started to gather up. His paw slowed him significantly, disabling him to the point that he couldn't run. He was gazing around for Omenshade or Otterstone, trying to find either of them.

Lightstreak watched him go. He'll be fine, she thought. She turned and left.
