RiverClans prized jewel, the queen bee had been stretching out her sprained paw… She was trying to see if she was ready to patrol or not… She always cared about her hard work within her clan, always wanted to make an impact on those around her… Maybe it was dedication, or maybe it was anxiety, her trying to make up for the countless errors she made moons ago… Nevertheless, she seemed okay…

She seemed okay until yells rang through her ears, and she almost wanted to cry at the calls… Not… Again… Hadn’t RiverClan been through enough already? The last thing she wanted was to lose more of her clanmates… Her family… Her only family, now that SnowLeap was gone. Standing up, she dodged the WindClan deputy, her claws strangely sheathed… “Get OUT of my territory or PAY for it,”

Tail lashing, her claws finally drew out… Judging by the atmosphere, this battle would take more than a threat to end… Knowing that WindClanners are fast, Pebblesplash decided to use a strategy of faking attacks… She’d pretend to to something only to do something else entirely. Immediately, she goes to swat at his face with her injured paw… Yes it hurt, so it wouldn’t be a strong hit anyways. She hoped it would scare him into dodging so she could jump on him and grab his scruff…

Waspmeadow quickly darts out of the way as the Windclan cat attempts to leap on her. She looks back at her attacker with baited breath, eyes cold and calculated. Every move counted, and if she played this right, she'd escape with her life.

She quickly bounded up to the Windclan cat and leaped on her back, attempting to sink her teeth into the scruff of her neck.

Caught by surprise and hearing Gingerfrost call to get the kits out of here. She looked around the camp. "Any kits or apprentices without battle training follow me!", she called. She was not going to allow any of them to get stuck in the crossfire.

EEEYIKES! Curlyeye hadn't expected to encounter such a big, muscly opponent, but so be it. Apparently he was going to have to go through a decent test if he wanted that victorious afterglow. He could take care of this though, surely. After all, he had not only the power of beauty, but the power of speed. This came in handy really soon, because a terrifyingly powerful strike which would have been liable to disembowel him was largely avoided by a quick jink left, leaving him with a cut along his cut along his right upper leg but his head still intact.

Sucking in a quick breath he planned his next motion, choosing to look directly at his opponents left shoulder before cutting right, raising his claws in an attempt to rake them along his foe's shoulder and side. Of course, this was a risky maneuver, bringing him so close to the teeth of his opponent. He had enough speed that he might pull it off if they weren't at their sharpest, but it was equally possible that they could catch his tail in their teeth, or get a hit in on his rump as he blew past. But he was Curlyeye, he lived for danger! It was his middle name, even! So none of these very sensible considerations prevented him from attempting his desired attack. @Abyssopelagic

Featherkit ran up to Marigoldleaf, fear in her eyes. "W- what's happening?? W- why is W- WindClan attacking??"

Deadmoon was a bit farther back in the bunch of her clanmates, but she rounded the boulder quite quickly to join the fray. No one seemed in dire need of assistance just yet, with some of the Riverclanners yet to mobilize from whatever they had been doing before the raid, and she allowed herself a moment to size up the opponents. In the end, there wasn't really a right or a wrong answer, so she chose the most convenient one, charging the closest fishy-smelling pelt and popping up onto her hind legs, using her front paws to send a flurry of swipes at their ears, nose, and neck. This was about as intense as the fight in the warren. Dreamlight had followed in behind her brother as he and Fallownose led them to RiverClan's camp. If it could be called a camp, had they moved cause this place didn't look very nice to stay at? And the cats within didn't look at all up for a fight, doubt momentarily hit her hard, but it extinguished itself as soon as Twilightstar's injured state popped into her mind. Nope, she came here to do one thing and she wasn't going to feel bad about it. Her mother deserved her justice and she'd get it. With that in mind, Dreamlight quickly glanced around to ensure that Leechscar was somewhere nearby and the apprentices, and then charged into battle, leaping at the nearest RiverClan cat.
