First off-
Sorry for any confusion, the clan in which the story takes place was previously unnamed, but
I've decided to name it Hopeclan to help distinguish it from the Former clans.
Hello!
This is one of the first roleplays that I've created and we'll see how it goes. I came up with this idea at two in two in morning after being kept up by my braces and it took an hour to write this all down. Anyhow, could someone make a tn until I have time to make one/I get my chromebook back? Also, is this a warriors rp and dnd hybrid ig???

This rp won't start until most slots are filled, feel free to do chaos, uncanon, or prewar rping tho, if you want c:

Background-
You are the lone survivors of a brutal war that tore apart the clans you once called home. Begrudgingly, you have decided that strength in numbers is the best way to go. Still, worrying things are on the horizon. Your last contact with your ancestors warned you of a harsh winter ahead. Your leaders have put in a strict group of three simple rules for the groups survival.

1. Everyone who is able to have a litter has to at least try to have one, to boost the clan population so that at least some will survive. Any without mates and aren't too old will be surrogates or assigned a mate(their choice)
2. Catch as much prey as possible, any food caught before the first ice will be shared among the clan equally. Once the first ice occurs, any food will be stored in anywhere cold and marked.
3. The survivors of each clan will build a den for themselves close to the middle of camp, and assist in building one large den for extra cold nights so they can keep warm as one clan.(Quailclan and Robinclan will be sharing a den due to their small numbers and previous alliance)

With tension and anxiety in the air,  things are starting to feel hopeless. Nevertheless, cats are starting to make friends and romance is blossoming, even in these tough times.

You can only plan *to an extent*, so no planning your cat's entire life

One character per person

The Board of Leaders(4) is highest authority
The Board of Deputies(4) is second highest
The Commune of Medicine Cats(4+) is lowest

Once the winter hits, everyone will have to make rolls to determine if your cat survives. These will be made using either a number randomizer or a d20. Depending on the weather, the DC will go up, down, or stay the same(I will post it at the start of the week, these are also activity checks)

General Information-

Survival checks.
If you get above the DC(minimum roll to survive), you can use those extra points to help someone else survive.
If you get the exact amount, great!
If you get below or don't reply within the next seven days, you will get a comment on your profile asking your preferred death. If you don't respond I will pick it for you.
P.S. if you die of sickness, that will affect living cats.

Death.
Upon death, you may choose to wait to join again in a litter, or chill in cat heaven for awhile.

Admins.
If this gets popular enough(fingers crossed), admins will be appointed based on activity, helpfulness to rookies, following the rules and general attitude.

Description-
Robinclan was nestled between a pine/maple forest and a raging river. Apprentices learned early on how to swim and climb. These cats tend to be flamboyant and outgoing, easily making friends at gatherings. They also followed rules to the letter and are very peaceful. They are the most well liked clan. They are the second smallest clan(2/12 survivors taken). Many were ki//ed trying to protect their Quailclan allies.

Description-
Owlclan once roamed the northernmost of the pine forest. They trained very evenly, medicine cats learning hunting and fighting, and warriors learning basic medicine. They tend to be witty, sarcastic, and prideful. They are generally disliked for their know-it-allness. Their numbers were previously unknown, but are revealed to be the second largest clan. (1/20 survivors taken). Most were ki//ed by diseases caught from enemies.

Description-
Quailclan lived on the border of the prairie and the maple forest. More often than not, these cats were sandy or brown colored, with amber or brown eyes. This was for camouflage purposes. These cats were skilled in stealth. They tended to be amicable and passive. They were allied with the most peaceful cats, Robinclan. They were the smallest clan(1/5 survivors taken). As a result of swearing passivity, many were ki//ed.

Description-
