Brackenclaw would nod at the other Warriors question not seeing much reason to use his words. Instead he would simply lead the way out of the camp he decided to go to Firefly Cove since they brought an Apprentice along. Not wanting to go anywhere too dangerous. He would go ahead and lead the way since he was the one to suggest hunting in the first place.

“Because..!” said Leafcry over his shoulder. Actually, he had no idea why. But at some point, he had decided that he would definitely get it back no matter what. But that probably wasn’t good enough, and he would have to come up with an excuse to at least appease the apprentice.

“Such things have no business near ThunderClan camp. I am merely! Disposing! Of it.” Leafcry spoke as they heaved themself up the tree, not yet having realized exactly what they were committing to. For now, they were making great progress, but it was getting more and more difficult to proceed, and they knew that they would soon need a break. But that was fine! Leafcry would take all the time they needed, and they would be fine. Probably.
