Do you have to vm a high rank (like a deputy (like windclan's deputy)) to have them switch a warrior to a queen?

hi! yes, the first step would usually be messaging a high rank of the clan [usually the leader] to let them know about the change. from there, IC wise they'll usually have your character come into the leaders den so the character can also let the leader know there as well.
