Closed Purrk question again

So im seriosly considering buying a purrk and i was looking through then i saw it "Monkeys paw" im perfectly aware of what its entailing (im into that stuff, please dont judge) but how does it work on my cat.

To gain something, you must also sacrifice something.
Iirc, when ghostie used the purrk for Cowtuft to learn a few more herbs, he lost feeling in his paws for a few days in exchange.
The more you ask for, the more you must give to satisfy the exchange.
If you want specific ideas, share what you want out of the purrk and I can maybe brainstorm some ideas for a downside that would be fair.

Aye! So Monkey paw requests and uses have to go through staff and you must get approval for them! So they can be used correctly and serve their purpose for the punishment being tenfold on the user. I would send in a support ticket for this kinda question!
