Emberpool sat at the edge of the clearing, grooming herself. Her tail swished on the dusty floor. She spied Brackenfeather and she also saw Shadowfire talking with Dangerhawk. I'll wait for either of them to come over. She decided. I don't want to interupt anything. She licked her chest fur before lying down in a shady spot with a yawn. Night hunting probably hadn't been the best idea.

Duskpaw finally struggled awake for the second time that morning. He saw Ivypaw still sleeping beside him. He prodded her awake purposely. "Ivypaw. Ivypaw. Ivypaw get up. It's time to wake up!" He meowed crossly. He stopped prodding her as she started to stir awake.

Cloudheart chuckled and raised his head off of his paws, sighing. "Sorry," he meowed. "We can do something together if you'd like." Cloudheart forced back the sleepiness clawing at his eyelids and sat up, tilting his head. "We can go for a walk," he offered.

"she is fine I just don't see her as much because she is always hunting". He sighed he got up to stretch and he felt all of his fur pricking when he turned around to see something move in the back of the den. His muscles tensed as he saw it.

Nightshadow shrugged, "my brother disowned me a while ago because of... anyway, he's my only family. I guess he still loves me, though he never talks to me anymore. We just grew apart I guess." She averted her eyes, "we can both have different approaches to life. No matter what happens in the middle, we all end up in the same place: dead." The molly knew she was probably being a bit harsh, but it was one of her traits to be blunt. Most cats were scared of the truth, so she liked to use it as much as possible.

Hollyshadow met his gaze holding it for a moment before glancing around. It felt strange to hold someone's gaze at lest to her. Maybe she feared they'd see how she felt or she just didn't like it. Rumblestorm flicked his tail as he listened as the molly spoke. I'm alright. How are you doin' this mornin'? He thought for a moment. Should he answer in truth, or would a simple statement as hers do. His mind immediately jumped to his typically conclusion, clear honesty. "I'm f-feeling rather low, to be q-quite honest." As usual, his nervousness at speaking in honesty caused his ticking to become more exaggerated as his stutter mad an appearance and his maw twitched a couple times. Inwardly frustrated at his inability to control his ticks, Rumblestorm tensed his shoulders and hunched overslightly, his gaze stormy for a moment, which had earned him his suffix. The tom cat's sudden mood change was gone almost immediately. He forced himself to sit up straight again and pasted a crooked smile on his face; a bland attempt at happiness. "Sorry," he murmured in a sincere way, his dark blue hues staring intently at her a small though willing her to understand though earnest eye contact. "I find it hard to deal with, ah, s-stuff... sometimes." He trailed off and grimaced. As usual, he was pretty sure she would think him a morose sad lump of fur; one not worth spending time with.
