It's a relic of an overly edgy era that I don't foresee returning since most folks would prefer not to see a faction of "I'M THE BAD GUY, HISSSSS" cats. Maybe when it can function as something more than its 1-dimensional existence.

Didn't age well, especially as an offshoot BloodClan.

Generally speaking there's never been enough long term interest in factions outside the main 4 to warrant adding any on. SkyClan, the DS-- they existed for years with minimal interest and were disbanded because of it. There's no point in bringing back something that will likely just be the same as before. (If it were returned it'd only be active for a month or so because it's "new". It's hard to start a new faction or Clan and maintain consistent, actual activity outside of just a couple people.)
