That wasn't even touching the.. whatever this crouch was. "Okay, get up." Thistlestep jabbed at his side sharply. "Lower yourself to the crouch, don't start from the bottom and work your way up. Keep your belly and tail away from the ground - you don't want it to brush against it, and level your head with your shoulders. You're looking ahead and around you, not at the ground."

Once he made those adjustments, they could work with the remainder of the corrections from there.

I already can hunt.“ he replied referring to his crab hunting, yes he genuinely thought you just bopped squirrels and birds on the head and they were dead.

I won’t hunt you, I’ll protect you from this big warrior who wants to eat you.” he called waiting for the bird to come before realizing after a couple beats that the bird wasn’t coming so he silently charged for the bird before launching forward as the bird was flying away his claws were extended and he felt the bird but as he landed he only got a pawful of feathers,” It was a stubborn bird, most listen to be when I call them.“ he lied

They were going to be at this all day with Blizzardpaw's stupid ideas.

"By all means," Thistlestep flicked his tail, "continue." It hurt to watch this, but he wanted to watch him fail until he hopefully realized it wasn't working out.

Blizzardpaw flicked his tail, frankly it wasn’t a big deal that he missed a piece of prey. Birds were just too hard. So he tried a new tactic. He started loudly started growling before running towards where the squirrel was running away before realizing the squirrel was already in the tree so he attempted to climb the tree and fell down,” Maybe I can use a few techniques from your weird crouch thing?“ he meowed looking completely defeated.

Oh, that was sooner than he thought it'd be. Thistlestep didn't think Blizzardpaw would give up so quickly on his stupid plan.

"Get back in it," he instructed. "Space your paws out so you can balance your weight.. don't do it too much or it'll be hard for you to move."

Blizzardpaw not being as obnoxious dropped into the crouch before spreading his legs a bit, it first it was too far before adjusting it a bit.
