When Nightbreeze came into view asking what he needed, Mousekit shoved himself up into a sitting position again so he could speak to her more clearly.

"Nightbreeze, what are all those scents coming from the Medicine Cat's Den?" he asked first. Then, he twitched an ear. "I know they're herbs, but what kind? Does Zerosight know what all of them do? Has he used them all before?"

Even though Mousekit was a very timid little tom, he felt comfortable around his adoptive mother, of course, and he found it the easiest to ask her questions or share his concerns. He twitched his ear yet again, a habit he had picked up, and curled his tail around his tiny paws again. His hazel gaze was fixed on Nightbreeze, but a quiet "hello" jerked Mousekit out of his trance and he turned to see another kit, who looked much healthier and bigger than he was.

"H-hello." he murmured, noticeably more timid than he had been while talking to Nightbreeze. He didn't say anything more; he preferred unfamiliar cats drive the conversation so he didn't accidentally offend them.

Leafkit smiled and flicked her tail tip, "Hello, I'm Leafkit. I've seen you around, but sadly I was stupid enough not to talk to you, sorry bout that," she mewed in her country accent. She then looked him over. He was a bit skinnier than normal, but she wanted to be his friend anyway. She looked at his mother, "Hello," she mewed up to her. "I hope I'm not intruding or anything," she said shaking a bit. She was a nervous she-kit even if she didn't do anything, she always thought she did something wrong. She turned her gaze back to the tom. She then leaned forward and licked his pelt. His pelt was kinda ll over the place. She liked it, but there was this one spot that was bothering her.

Mousekit gave a nervous smile, flicking his ear as he always did. "Hi, I'm Mousekit." he returned the introduction, his voice quiet, but steady. He flinched away a little when she reached forward, but once he realized she was just smoothing down his pelt, he relaxed. He didn't know why, but whenever a cat got too close, he had a bit of a fear they were going to bite or claw at him.

When she pulled away, he forced his pelt to lie flat, since it was still spiky from a few moments earlier. The place she licked felt out-of-place now, like he had only groomed one spot, but he didn't touch the spot so he wouldn't offend Leafkit. "You're not interrupting... that much, I was just asking Nightbreeze about the Medicine Cat's Den." he meowed.

The she-kit made a grunting noise as his pelt now lay down and the spot she groomed was out of place. She then leaned forward again as she licked it back into place. "Sorry, some things tend to bother me," she mewed (she doens't have OCD). She then leaned back on her hind legs and sat like a human. She looked at he medicine cat's den. "Hmm, I have always wondered what was in there to be honest," she said blinking. Leafkit then turned her gaze back to the tom kit. "Nice to meet you Mousekit," she felt her ears grow warm as she looked at him, but she scooted the thought away.

The little tom stiffened a little when Leafkit touched him again, but he didn't flinch like before. "It's okay, I don't mind." Mousekit said when she was finished fixing his pelt again. He shook it out to calm himself down, then twitched an ear as he looked at the Medicine Cat's Den along with his denmate.

"I like the smells that come from the den, they're all really different." he meowed. "It's so cool that Zerosight gets to live there and work with all the herbs and heal cats... it's definitely better than fighting."

The little tom did not want to be a Warrior at all. The very thought of sliding his claws out and coming into contact with another cat's pelt sent shivers down his spine, and the thought of getting injured by his own kind made him nervous. Shouldn't the Clans just get along? Mousekit didn't know why they always had to fight, but he knew he didn't want to be a part of it. Now, Mousekit knew that he had awhile to go before he even had to think about training; he was just barely three moons, and he was content to watch what was going on in Camp, or play a game that didn't require play-fighting or anything too strenuous. A nice game of Catch the Moss Ball kept him occupied these days, rather than hunting and patrolling as well as training.

"When do you start your training?" Mousekit asked. He wasn't certain of how old Leafkit was.

Foxclaw nodded, and felt an awkward silence coming. Not wanting an awkward silence, he tried to think of something to say, and something popped into his mind. "How many kits do you think we might get?" He asked, asking the only question he had at the moment.

"Hmm, hopefully about 3 or 4," she mewed happily. "Aww I can't wait!" she purred. "I hope they are like you. Such a strong and brave warrior," she said smiling at him.

"Hey~" Foxclaw chuckled, "I'm not THAT strong and brave." He knew he WAS kind of brave, to stand up like that at the great fight, but still, it sounded like she admired him as much as an idol, which was all too strange for him.

Burntwhisker chuckled, "Ok, ok then i hope at least one is like me," she mewed. "Ah, just think. The kits running around. We get to watch them grow up, together," she purred as she put her head under his neck.
