HISTORY
Hailclan was started by Hailstar, which was originally Liaka, who was a kitty pet who snuck away from their home and saw Clan cats. They then returned home and told other kittypets about what they saw, and started their own Clan. Their deputies were Mistypool and Nightgazer. Mistypool became leader and moved their clan's camp to a place in a cave on the side of a mountain. They died from a fox attack, making any name that has to do with foxes banned. Eleven generations later was Fawnstar, the current leader.
RULES AND PUNISHMENTS
Cats may never burry a loved one, but instead take them to a river to float away. [Punishment: Stay by the river for three days with no other cat, then return by themself.]
Never allow a clan-cat utside of Hailclan to see them, unless the Clan is an ally. [Punishment: Varies.]
Never harm a kit or Apprentice in Hailclan. [Punishment: Banishment]
Never name a kit after a fox. [Punishment: Half a moon in the wilderness.]
Leaders, deputies, or Medicine cats cannot have kits. [Punishment: Demotion.]
Cats must retire after 85 moons. [Punishment: Disrespect.]
TERRITORY
The camp is in the side of a mountain, a cave. It is in the middle of the camp, the camp has a Hail-rock, where the leader gives announcements. Deputies share a den with the leader, the guards share dens with warriors, and kits share dens with mothers in the nursery. Seniors and assistants sleep alone. The camp has small exits, three of them, that are covered in branches and snow to help hide them. There is one South, one South-west, and one South-east.
Their is a river (The River) that is about two days walk from the camp, which is South. There is also a small pond (Water Hole) West of the camp. There is a training area (The Grounds) South-east of the camp, a large pit with branches and vegetation. At the top of the mountain, so North of the camp, is a popular place for training, romantic trips, etc.

Assistants~ Cats training to become a warrior or guard. (Unlimited, but preferably only 3.)
Seniors~ Elderly cats or cats with extreme health issues. (Unlimited, but preferably only 3.)
TRADITIONS
Cats shouldn't be similar looking to a fox.
Once the leader dies or steps down, deputies will fight to the death near the river. The winning cat is the new leader.
Assistants will train with warriors, deputies, leaders, or guards until they turn 12 moons, when they will show off their new skills to the clan; preferably being impressive in one skill, ex: being a fast climber.
After a cat dies, the deputies and a assistant goes to the lake to let the body float away.
Assistants have no one specific mentor.
New members of the Clan will server a one moon "proving period,' where they will do anything a cat asks them to do (within reason).
