Most cats in his situation would probably know the cats and the territory by now, but no, Appledash had just spent most of his first moon here, going through the territory and learning where everything was. He didn't really appreciate its marshy quality, but he guessed that was something he would have to get used to. "Oh! Well thank you very much! I needed a friend. And u guess I could use some help. Do you have any special hunting techniques you use in the marsh?" Appledash stuck his younger out playfully, in mock disgust. "I don't like it very much, it's hard to hunt in." He then laughed, flicking his fluffy tail.

Brokenshadow smiled at her new friend. "There are a few things we do that most cats don't, especially in the marshes," she said. "Would you like to learn them? They're a bit strange when you think about it, but I promise the longer you practice the easier it becomes to remember to do it." She flicked her tail slightly, hoping he wanted to learn the surprisingly simple way to get across the marsh.

You could be a warrior!" Hollykit shyly crept forward. "What if I don't want to hurt anybody?" He asked. "When your a warrior you have to fight! After all, Squirrelkit's already a medicine cat, so you kind of have to," Owlkit giggled.
