are we able to submit more than one entry? say someone makes an animation as well as writes a short story, would they be able to submit both?

yep!
as long as you're not submitting the same type multiple times (e.g. more than one writing piece), it's fine!

After some delays due to personal reasons, the spirits of Halloween have spoken!

All three of you may design a character for the WCO Special Edition! PM Rose Queen or myself with the character details (name, gender, appearance, and short backstory). Characters may be altered slightly to fit the special edition, but we'll avoid significant changes. Congratulations!
