Mudstep blinked her eyes open slowly as she awoke, not yet realizing she wasn't in her nest. With a start, she shot up, her pelt bristling as she faced the unfamiliar she-cat. "Who are you?" She demanded, "What are you doing in ThunderClan territory!" As soon as she finished her question, Mudstep finally seemed to register her surrounds.

Quietly, she mewed "Wait...where are we?" Mudstep was formidable, yes, but something about this place unnerved her. Perhaps this cat had all the answers she was now seeking.

Mudstep shied away from the she-cat's touch, still unnerved. However, she couldn't stop her pelt from twitching with anticipation. "A great destiny?" She echoed, her eyes widening. "Wow! Am I getting a real message from StarClan?" She blurted out before ducking to give her chest a few embarrassed licks. "I'm sorry," Mudstep apologized quickly. "It's rude to interrupt. But who are you? Are you here to give me a prophecy?"

She took a tentative step back. "I thought only medicine cats get those."

"It's exactly a prophecy." Ravenpelt purred. "But your ancestors see all. I knew you were special from the moment you were kitted. You want to protect your Clan, don't you? I can teach you the battle moves of all the Clans."

Nerves forgotten due to Ravenpelt's soothing words, Mudstep nodded enthusiastically. "Yes!" She breathed, "Absolutely!" Mudstep was not very confident in her fighting skills, as she was more adept to hunting. However, if it was a prophecy from StarClan, she must have some sort of hidden talent that only they can see! For now." She thought, happily waving her tail. If what Ravenpelt said was true, she should have no issues learning new moves. After all, it would be used to defend her Clan.

As soon as Ravenpelt responded, a yowl split the air. Startled, the brown she-cat jumped a little. She forced her fur to smooth, hoping Ravenpelt hadn't noticed her fright. However, that voice sounded familiar. "Is that another ThunderClan cat?" Mudstep asked hopefully. "Do they have a destiny too? Maybe we should train together!" She puffed out her chest. ThunderClan must be important to have two cats training here.
