Angelwing shock her head haft amused. "Yes, I'm fine just a few scrapes." She answered pausing to think a sec. "The battle was a battle, a war. Some were killed and seriously injured others just miner scratches." She added not really adding any emotions behind it. Sitting down she drew her paw over her ear. Before really, either Rainfeather or herself had a chance to say anything Mintwhisper, a RiverClan tom, padded over. His greeting with a stammered H was confusing to Angelwing it was really a first and she wasn't sure why the speckled tom was doing it. "Hello, Mintwhisper." She meowed the same way she had talked about the battle. Casually and with almost no emotion. That was her way of doing things. She felt week and open letting anyone see or feel the emotions she, herself didn't understand. Though she slightly envyed cats who knew what they were and ment and all that normal stuff. But, Angelwing she wasn't normal, no far from it. Yeah she felt stuff but did she know what it was? No. Nothing made since feelings and emotions others got but Angelwing, never understood it. So, she just told herself that others were just being rash or mouse brained. Yet, even if Angelwing is abnormal and all she still had dreams she's never shared not even with Rainfeather. She dreamed of having a family, having a mate and kits that loved her and would never leave her. Though now Angelwing doesn't think of it and believes that it was a kitish fantasy that is to good to be true. She still wants it but its like a light at the end of the tunnel that never nears. It seams impossible so, she doesn't ponder on it.

Mintwhisper padded aimlessly around the camp, waiting for something to do. The oreo tom sighed heavily as he looked around the camp, looking for his brother, Silverfang. After about a minute of scanning the camp, Mintwhisper admitted defeat and sought out another cat. Angelwing. The she-cat he had admired ever since she joined the Clan. Even though he was just a kit at the time, Mintwhisper wanted to do everything with the young molly, but he never found the courage to say anything to her. He eventually decided that he would pull her aside today and tell her how he really felt. His eyes landed on the young cat. She was talking to Rainfeather. Mintwhisper padded over, stopping halfway there. It would be rude to drag her away from her friend. So he plopped himself down at the edge of camp, close to the two cats, and began washing himself, waiting for them to finish their conversation.

I'm so confused now, is Angelwng already talking to Mintwhisper or is he still by himself?))

Rainfeather nodded, ``Well, I wish I was there to help you and Thudnerclan but I had to stay here and protect the kits and elders.`` She mewed sadly but also proudly. She was sad she didn't get to help fight Angelwing but was proud to have been given a important role of staying in case a enemy sneaked in. She then heard pawsteps and immediately knew who it was, Mintwhisper, by his scent. She heaved herself to her paws, ``I'm starving, I'll be right back`` She mewed and flicked her tail to Mintwhisper, ``Hey Mintwhisper, can you come here and keep Angelwing company?`` She asked politely, she always knew the tom had secret feelings for her best friend, Angelwing but never admitted. Well... she didn't, she only saw hints as Mintwhisper always stammers only when talking to Angelwing and Rainfeather always saw him towards only towards that molly. ``I'm going to get a meal and just check on the elder's ad nursery.`` She mewed and padded towards the prey pile.

She meowed ruffling her fur to the cold air around her. She wasn't mad, just confused. Why would Rainfeather tell Mintwhisper to keep her company? She didn't know so she just shock her head a bit. "Go get your meal and let me know how the kits are doing." She called after Rainfeather as she headed to the fresh kill pile. Mintwhisper was taken aback by Rainfeather's statement. He stood as Angelwing addressed him. He cleared his throat nervously before stammering out a quick sentence.
"H-hello, A-angelw-wing." he mewed softly. All thoughts of confessing to her were thrown out the window as his brain worked furiously to think of something to say that wouldn't land him in a pit of hurt and shame.
"H-how are you d-doing?" Good. It was a nice start in Mintwhisper's mind.

``Ok! Sure will!`` She called to Angelwing and padded over to the prey heap. She looked down and took a fish for herself, she crouched down and took a bite. Her ears were strained to hear what Angelwing and Mintwhisper was doing but the other ear was also perked up to hear what's going on in the nursery. It sounded quiet so I guess their mother was either calming them down after the battle or some kits were at the elder's den hearing stories. Her ear then strained to hear what was inside the elder's den, while she was still listening to her best friend. She guessed the elders might be asleep or talking quietly. Her eyes then saw some cats going inside the medicine, no kidding, that battle must've been a huge fight! she thought to herself privately.

it felt empty now, though. without geckoleaf here. she seemed to brighten up so many lives, and now she was gone. missing. daydream knew apart of themself left when she did. anyway, thats not what they were here for.

they were here to say sorry.

they knew gecko would want them to. they knew she would want juniper and daydream to stick together, like siblings, like they always have since they very beginning, when they were both training under geckoleaf. as stubborn as daydream could be, they had already lost enough cats. so they were on their way to the medcat den, tail high in the air, and not really looking for conversation right now. ever since riverclan had been appointed a new leader that they didnt know or ever heard of, the place other then the medcat den made them uneasy.

Angelwing was even more confused by Mintwhispers stuttering. Did he bite himself? She wondered but didn't say it. "Uh, okay. I mean I'm as good as I could be, right." She meowed rapping her brown tail around her paws. She was okay, death and pain never really impacted this molly. Okay, being abandoned by her parents her brother ending up leaving her to the Clans and being passed around like a piece of prey in the nursery as akit was hard! It pained her and she still has nightmares of being left alone again. But she toughs it out and pertains nothing wrong. To stubborn to let people in, sometimes even Rainfeather is kept out. That was just part of who Angelwing was some don't like it others don't care but none of that really mattered. "How have you been?" She asked letting her blue hued eyes rest on the tom. The ebony leader was swiftly walking towards the medicine cat den, Honeypool was back, she was tired, sore, she needed any herb that could make that go away, she needed all of the herbs, anything to make the soreness of her pads go away. He had tucked her into his den and told her to rest on his nest, he never felt comftrable in it anyways, but, it wasn't like it was a new nest, he had asked Coralear to help him move the feather infested fluff he slept in, he guessed it was the location of the nest, not the nest itself. He was, well, the feline couldn't really explain what he was at the moment, he was happy, but angry at the same time, relieved and realaxed, but, he felt as though he had to do something, not that he knew what that something was, but he tried everything to make sure the mystery task was accomplished, and so far, it wasn't working. About halfway to the medicine cat den, a golden pelt caught the burly toms eye. After picking up the speed and squinting his eye, he noticed who that golden pelt belonged to. He narrowed his eyes, lifted his head, straightened his posture, and let out a growl. What was this feeling? Protective? He had no clue, but he knew one thing for sure, he didn't like the stink the medicine cat brought into clan. "Daydream." the tom called, his baritone voice bellowed throughout the bustling clearing. 'Why in the name of Starclan was he here?' he asked.

Fallenstar knew that the herb scented Shadowclanner was close to Geckoleaf, as well as Russetstar, but there had been a recent rank change, and he didn't approve of the fact that the medicine cat felt as though he could just waltz into his clan. He stopped less than a fox length away from the amber hued feline, his own icy lapis optics flickered with annoyance and curiosity. If he was being honest, he was quite amused by the medicine cat, and dared called him brave. "What business do you have here?" he asked, his voice authoritive, but, it held no sting, and he himself hadn't the clue as to why.

Angelwing just starred at him for a second. Truly she was trying to figure out if he was being serious. Normally she'd think he was but the memory of being told not everyeis serious all the time made her stop. "Are you being serious?" She asked blinking her sparkling blue hued eyes. She had ginen up on guessing and deicided to just ask. If he was being serious he was being quiet mouse brained in her mind. It didn't make since to her if he was. Why would you start asking a okay cat if they needed to get to the Medicine cat's den? Angewas perfectly fine a was to stubborn to say other. Yup, that was her, a stubborn molly who won't admit when she's hurt or any feelings she might have. Sad right? Well kinda, thats just how she fared her whole life. Yeah, it's is sad to think about it but she doesn't see it that way or if she does she hides the fact. She wants tonseam strong and smart, yeah she's quiet smart and strong but emotionally not really. "If your are, I'm fine. Don't be a mouse brsie, I know how to take care of myself." She added flicking her ear. I can probably take care of myself better then him. She thought. That probably sounded kitish but she was at heart, just never let it show.
