" w-well I guess I should tell the whole thing... I snuck out without my mom knowing and I made it to a border can t remember which one but I wasn't alone another warrior was there they were nice but I couldn't remember their name...please don't be mad " she half whined then she blinked and nodded
" but if it's a moon ago won't it be pointless? The Fox is gone by then right? So why bring old news? " she asked with a tilt of her head hoping he won't be mad as well

He shrugged,” Why would I be mad. Most kits do mousebrainned stuff like that.” He meowed taking in her question,” Well...you want to track it and figure out where it made it’s den so if it is on your territory you can chase it out.” She meowed.

Fallenpaw sighed in relief with a smile " oh ok . Oh! Maybe we can see if we find a foxes sent on the border ! That will be fun " she meowed she did sound excited her tail swished and her she had a wide smile her eyes shining

He flicked his tail,” No it isn’t. And tracking a fox with an untrained apprentice is asking for death, it’s best to have three or four warriors to track a fox anyways.” He meowed calmly wondering how she was so mousebrained.

Aspenburr walked on down the border, hitting any place that seemed to be faint on scent markers. He was hesitant in putting the marks though, as he didn't want to encroach on the other clan's territory. He always laid his markers a bit further back that the previous Windclan marks. As he marked, a familiar scent washed over his nostrils. The tom cat turned and saw the former deputy approaching him. He immediately straightened up and smiled politely to the black she cat. Where as I have just finished my apprenticeship."

Onyxwhisper dipped her head in return, she knew it would take some time for cats to loosen up around her since she wasn't deputy anymore. She was kind of taking aback that Aspenburr was asking her for advice, but she was happy to help. She took a few moments to think before answering the toms question, she didn't want to come off like she thought she was still an authority figure but he was right, she had more experience with this type of stuff. "To be honest, I think Shadowclan takes many things as hostile. It sometimes always seems like they're looking for a fight or an excuse to take some cats territory." She mewed, she respected Shadowclans determination and loyalty to their blood line but they were quick to fight and stubborn. "If we don't mark the border they might think we are giving up or are weak. Many cats already think Windclan is the weakest clan, besides the markers are a bit too faded out and they need to be marked anyway. I'm sure that if we don't mark it the next Shadowclan patrol might try to mark over into our territory." She finished, giving Aspenburr advice made her feel a lot better, that was one of the many things she missed about being deputy.

She flicked her ears then huffed her eyes narrowed and her tail stopped swishing and flicked he doesn't like to do anything exciting !! she thought enraged she felt like throwing a tantrum . Fallenpaw stomped the ground with her right paw and huffed again " I want to go see if we can find a foxes sent ! It's called having an adventure , what's wrong treefright? Afraid of foxes too?? " she meowed tauntingly even though it would probably anger her mentor and have her do two or three days of helping the elders with ticks . She can be defiant at times . She ignored what treefright said as she looked down the left of the border

Fallenpaw held her tail high with a flick her ears pointed forward as she ran a good few Fox lengths away she was a good runner as any windclan cat should be she made sure to stay on their side of the border as well her cream colored legs were almost a blur she jumped over a few sticks and some rocks . The she cat stoped and turned around facing her mentor twitching her whiskers and tail which was still in the air and huffed and puffed her chest out a bit holding her head high " fine. But don't boss me around all The time and can we do Something Fun after This?" She meowed

But...I can take you to the next gathering if you’d like let you learn about gatherings. That might be fun. I feel your idea of fun is hunting across the border or starting a border fight, which both would get you in trouble with Blazingstar, and myself for not stopping you. Which maybe is why I don’t allow it...if you want fun, do it behind my back at night, but don’t quote me on that.” He meowed calmly. Yeah he was boring, but he still knew that she wanted to be a rebel might as well tell her how to do it a little bit.

Maybe your not as bad as I thought you know you just gave me a tip on how to do something that's not really a good thing to do?I would actually like to go to a gathering and see a lot of the other clans warriors there. And I can't promise that I won't quote you on it . So what else do we do at the borders besides smelling for a Fox sent? " she meowed
