(Sorry for the late response!)
Jewel copied Cotton and took a deep breath.
He was right, after a bit she got sleepy, and the pain had faded a bit.
She relaxed her muscles.
"Your mother must've been magic...!" she exclaimed weakly, giving in to her tiredness.
She yawned and fell asleep.

Cotton smiled, relieved. "Nope, just good with herbs," he said quietly so he wouldn't wake her. He looked at Steam, relief in his eyes. "She's okay... She's going to be fine," he said happily, gazing into her eyes-her beautiful eyes...

Jewel wiggled around a little, dreaming about chasing a squirrel up a tree.
Once she was on the branch, she narrowed her eyes at the squirrel and crept slowly towards them.
The squirrel turned around noticing her and jumped.
Jewel jumped after her.
Her paws outstretched in her sleep.
She felt like she was flying.

A while later, Jewel slowly started to blink her eyes.
She yawned and started to try to get up, but stumbled a little from being tired.
