Twilightstar sighed as she spoke about the rabbit again. Her irritation evaporated with the sigh, the leader couldn't be too upset with Fernpaw. Twilightstar had been pretty adamant in telling her to help the clan out.
"WindClan will appreciate the gesture." she answers after a moment of silence, "but apprentices aren't supposed to be wandering outside of camp without a warrior or mentor, keep that in mind for the future." Dropping her head, Twilightstar gives the rabbit a sniff and a slight smile. "You can stay in the clan." Her gaze drifts over to Whispertail who had been talking with her before. He didn't have an apprentice yet. "Whispetail can mentor you."

Fernpaws head lifted to look at Twilightstar, her eyes brightening a bit. "thank you, Twilightstar. You won't regret it!" she respectfully meowed, "I promise I won't go into the forest without permission." she turned to Whispertail, touching noses with him for a moment before pulling away. "okay!" she determinedly mewed to her mentor.

The leader made a note to herself to set up guards by the nursery or at least by the camp entrance. This was the second kit that snuck out in less than a moon.
"You caught a mouse." Twilightstar stepped out of her den and over to RiverClan leader, eyes focused on the kit with him. "Sure, cute." The molly scoffed with a frown. "Mousekit, you'll have the all the time to play and make your own clan while you're stuck in the nursery for an extra moon." She wasn't even going to ask for an explanation with the kit. He knew better than to wander and all the way over to RiverClan at that.
"Thanks for returning my wayward kit. I'm surprised nothing ate him along the way." She nods to Lionstar. The kit must have some serious luck.

Moonpaw slid out of the apprentices den, staring at the rouge kit. She would definitely play with him later. @Echopeak

Twilightstar nearly chuckled at Echopaw's reaction to sharp claws. She wasn't fully aware of her lack of claws, but her reaction was still rather funny. With or without claws, she expecting nothing less from the apprentice. The leader liked the molly's answer as well, she didn't seem particularly troubled by her clawless paws. "Alright, show me what you can do."

Cedarfoot watched the attack with interest, freezing in place herself when the rabbit turned at Runningpaw's noise. Maybe she didn't exactly love this job, but she wasn't going to get in the way of a hunt. "Interesting choice, going for a rabbit right off the bat." Though usually better to hunt rabbits in a team, she suspected Runningpaw wanted to show off. Fine by her. "You were a little sloppy, but precision comes with practice." She shook out her pelt and surveyed the horizon, eyes sweeping from side to side for prey. Now that she knew Runningpaw could manage to hunt sufficiently, she figure it was good to get some actual work in. Even though she knew running would make her sore and she wasn't as fast as she used to be, she figured with her apprentice with her they would get a decent catch. Care to put your expertise to use? We can bring back a good catch if we're lucky."

Dawnpaw looked at Wolfwhispers gaze, a bit confused. She looked judging, but she was saying she was proud. Wolfwhisper sure was strange. She picked up the prey, following her back to camp. (move rp to clearing) @RainbowQuail

Wolfwhisper walked into the camp. Training had went well, in her opinion at least. She could go over anything Dawnpaw was confused about at their next training session. Hopefully, she could finally get some time to herself. It seemed that almost every time she was by herself, it was interrupted by somebody. “Go put the prey in the pile and rest or whatever you want to do.” She flicked her tail.

Sprucekit was in the Windclan camp, starring at all the cats around the clearing The kit was wondering who would make a good mentor for him. In a couple of weeks he would be old enough to become an apprentice and he couldn't wait. He wanted to make his grandmother proud. Sprucekit sat down and wrapped his tail around his small paws.
