• Which symptoms should your cat have? Progressive vision loss
• Do you want a genetic or acquired illness/condition? Genetic
• How many moons is this cat? Is it a certain breed? Not exactly sure but a kit. Probably not a certain breed.
• What's the cat past? How/where does it live now? She lives in RiverClan.
• Has it already some condition/other problems? No
• What should the outcome of the illness/condition be? Total blindness at around 12-15 moons.
• Is there a bigger plot around the illness/condition? Yes
• Mention: @Wingnettle

Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) is a genetic disorder of the retina that can, over time, lead to blindness in both eyes.

However:

Photoreceptor degeneration. Photoreceptor cells gradually deteriorate, with symptoms developing around three to five years of age. This type is recessively inherited and plays a role in rod development.
Honestly you can change those requirements and decide it to come at a much younger age!

These are very broad topics, so I suggest that you do your own research. Regarding the second one, remember that only AFAB cats can give birth.
