"Well I wasn't trying to intimidate you, I was saying it makes me LOOK intimidating!" Firekit was not as nearly as good with words as her sister. All she could do was yell at this apprentice, heck, Snowkit might even be able to hear the argument from here if she listened hard enough. All she could get out next was a growl though, as she was having to think very hard to stop herself from leaping onto this apprentice. Even Firekit knew that infighting wasn't tolerated, and she just wanted to become a warrior as soon as possible without punishments.

Honeypaw grinned as he was flying through the air. Then he stopped as he saw Falcondive's leg fly towards him. They crashed straight into his side and he fell over with an "oof". Breathing heavily, he grunted. "Wow, that was amazing! I never would have thought of that."

"It is a basic defensive strategy!"

Falcondive rolled back onto his paws, shaking dust from his pelt as he looked at Honeypaw. "Shadequill never showed you that?" Not a shocker, given.. Shadequill did not seem completely there.

"Do you have any stories about battles? I want to tell Croakingkit some of these stories later." Ribbitkit smiled, hoping the elder had even more stories to tell.

He had wanted to impress Falcondive, but not knowing a basic defense strategy... now he had little chance.

“Hm let me think,” Ambertail was going through her memories, but she was only a warrior for a moon and only had one battle before she was a queen then an elder. “I’m sorry Ribbitkit. I don’t have any battle stories. I only had one battle and that was many moons ago. If you want a battle story, go ask another elder. I’m very sorry, Ribbitkit.” Ambertail was more sorry than you could ever imagine. Again, Ribbitkit was her favorite kit.

Falcondive shrugged. "Learning is learning, as long as you can adapt.. you will do fine." He beckoned Honeypaw to join him. "I think we can call that a day? You seem fairly advanced for an apprentice.. we could probably look into doing a pre-assessment on you to see if you are prepared for the final one."

And if he was, Falcondive could arrange that with Icestar.

"That's okay." Ribbitkit meowed and then yawned. "I'm getting a little sleepy. I think I'm gonna go back to the nursery and sleep." He flicked his tail in goodbye. "Maybe I'll come visit tomorrow," he mewed, before walking out of the den.

“Wait!” Ambertail meowed sleepily. “Do you want to stay in here and sleep with me? It would be good company for me.” Ambertail didn’t care if he said yes or n but she was hoping for a yes.
