I don't care if you've watched DN but I do care that you at least know the basics

I welcome you to join Kira in creating the new world!

Do me, our army, or our allies wrong and your name will be written in my death note.

Kira is justice. Kira is the God of the new world.

Kira, whom is me, is law. Obey and be spared

The second Kira is free to make judgments for Kira, obey them as well.

Since the Shinigami linked to both the Kira and the Second Kira cannot be seen unless you have touched our death notes, they make the perfect spies.

The Minions of Kira aren't necessarily Minions, mere supporters really, you must obey Kira and the Second Kira.

Those who have had their names written in either mine or the Second Kiras' death note are dead, wrong-doers are rightfully executed by us.
